the furniture in the lounge were pretty worn and had A shabby appearance. looked like A hotel slightly on its knees.

Good clean comfy Hotel. Resturant handy on site with many others dotted about. Bathrooms a bit dated but the room had everything we needed.

location near the motorway system, the area just on the city outskirts the reception on arrival was perfect we were very well informed about our room the adjoining restuarant and others in the city itself. also places of interest to visit. our room was very well presented with with a fab bed and an exellent bathroom witha super shower, also tea and coffee facilities. the city of laon must not be missed with its medievil cathedral cobble stone streets and its history. would not hesitate to book this hotel in the future with a longer stay viva la st.vincent hotel a perfect stopover or a weekend break.

Proximity to highways and to town. Restaurant on premises in the evening. Front desk reception very helpful.

Distance from town centre

The warmth of the welcome, the comfort of our rooms,with interconnecting access. The restaurant service was friendly and the food of good quality. The hotel is very convenient to the motorway, which makes it an excellent stopover on way to the south of France. It is also convenient to the city of Laon, which has good parking places near to the cathedral and restaurants of the city centre.

The shower in our bathroom was only enclosed by a curtain, which led to water being spilled over a very slippery tiles floor. It nearly czaused an accident. I would recommend the installation of proper shower cubicles.

Rooms very basic. Very poor ventilation and consequently a prevailing smell of damp. Bathrooms not ventilated adequately if at all.

Very convenient and easy to find as a transit stop close to the A26. Friendly and efficient staff.Surprisingly very quiet with all adequate facilities. We did not eat there in the evening but in a restaurant in the charming mediaeval city as recommended by the concierge. Generous breakfast available at extra cost. We would be happy to stay there again. Free parking on site.

It was easy to find and very conveniently located at edge of town, so it also had a pleasant ambience, with views to countryside and little allotments at the rear. Parking was no problem. The room was good size, bed very comfortable, large screen T.V. En suite facilities were clean and functional, but just a little dated, e.g. with hand held shower attachment on bath taps, but all worked well. The restaurant seemed reasonably priced and the evening meal we had was good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

There did not seem to be a lift, which was no problem for us, but could be for some.

Perfect for a stop over en route to Switzerland. Good sound proofing.

The window was not safe to open during the night as it was a door that opened straight into the car park- did not have option for a small vent opening.

the hotel is quiet and easy to find for those using it as A stop-off on A long journey. facilities are good in the room and bbc is available on the tv.

We went passed the entrance to the hotel car park before we realised. Should have the hotel sign at the entrance to the car park as we didn't see the name on the hotel building until we had gone passed the car park. It probably isn't an issue if approaching from the opposite direction.

Handily situated for visit to the old town. i.e. easy drive to centre.

Shower over bath with no means of attaching shower head to the wall to take a "normal" shower. Continental breakfast costing €9 I thought was a bit expensive for what was on offer.
