everything was of a high standard and four adults with a baby had a very nice stay with all we needed.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! I had no problem with smoke..and I have zero tolerance,

Location is in the Arts area of Bordeaux and only 200 metres from the river side,where the tramway and some restaurants are situated.A easy location for using the tram into the centre of Bordeaux.

Expensive petit dejeuner. The nearby student cafe hasa good one for less than half the price.

We were transferred to a room on the upper floor facing the river, which was nice. The woman who moved us after I complained about our first rooms was very helpful and apologetic. It was a very good deal.

On the first night, we had an unheated room that smelled of cigarettes. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but our first room had an ashtray. We were initially miserable. The internet is very very slow so don't expect to get work done.

Nice appart-hotel, basic amenities, but very clean and just enough for a stay. Staff is friendly, good English

Reception is open since 4 PM which is not convenient if you arrive earlier View from the window for half of the rooms to some backyard, but it does not matter if you plan just to sleep there

Simple no fuss hotel with good access to Bordeaux City via tram. Some good eaterys close by my fave is a tapas bar just down the road mmmmmmm Good strong shower always hot water and staff were multi lingual and helpful. If in town again I will be back.

It was raining for 3 days. I was surprised that it is not possible to borrow an umbrella from the residence even for an hour.

The rooms were spacious, and I liked having a fridge and a small kitchen area.

The shower got the floor all wet (the barrier wasn't big enough to stop the water going everywhere).

Wasnt so expensive and had a small kitchen.

It was really dirty as every other comment said. We found hair in the bath tube, in the bed , the carpet was dirty and wet because of the bathroom. All in all its dirty!

It's good enough to spend your days there, wtih a small kitchen. It's convenient and comfortable The staff are warm and friendly.

CR was quiet, clean, accessible and comfortable, and extremely good value for money: it is very close to the river promenade and good walking distance to the centre of town. Email instructions for after hours access was very clear but perhaps a map might have been usefully included. I would definitely recommend it for budget conscious travellers.

Location and parking were good. Access to trams was 5/10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff spoke English and were helpful with information on local ameneties. Carrefour supermarket express 5 minutes walk.

Rooms could have been cleaner but facilities were good.

We arrived eventually,it was hard to find,due to the one way system,it was dingey & basic,no towel changes in 4 days,room was small,dirty& depressing!totally different from the pictures,we spent as little time in there as possible, the room was very dirty,stains all over the carpets, marks and stains on the walls, utensils we're greasy,bed wasn't comfy and pillows were awful,I would never stay here again or recommend, at £65 a night it was overpriced!

Didn't like the place at all, see above! And make sure u take loo roll as they don't even replace that! Awful place, we left there covered in bites too... Hideous!

Location,car parking, facilities, cleanliness and price

As a first time visitor to Bordeaux and entering by car could have proved difficult to find.

Claenliness of the room could be better, too much dust

Location, staff and lay out/flexibility of the room and of course price. Quiet location and rooms. Parking outside 5 out of 6 times.

Staining on the sofa, which as it was removable covers could have been dealt with easily. Limited amount of kitchen utensils etc.
