We arrived at saturday afternoon and in the evening we found out that that ther's a problem with the air condition. After complaining, we were told that they know and it will be fixed only on Monday . There was a bad smell in the corridor and in the room. The advantage is that the room is big and the price is cheap. |

Kitchen suite was great for staying with a young family. Room was large and bedroom was separate from living area. The sofa was stained and covered with a sheet. Bathroom walls were dirty. |

Plenty of space, handy to the railway and bus stations, close to the centre of town. In a short-stay flat, it would be good to provide some basic supplies such as washing up liquid and a tea towell. |

The location of the hotel is near the gare and the check in service is very fast. The interent rate per day is not very expensive |

Really enjoyed the stay, very nice Didn't find cooking knifes, chopping board or washing up liquid given that there is a decent kitchen area. |

The heat didn't work in the room and we were told that no one could fix it or leave the reception desk. It was a Friday night and the girl was on her own at reception and no technicians were in til Monday! Apparently the computer said it was working...Sat morning the reception girl offered the portable heater she used at the front desk which helped a little. |

Great location, easy walking distance from train and bus. Easy walking to Bastille, and downtown area. Taxi queue at train station for longer excursions. Spacious suites. Great balconies overlooking scenic courtyard. Bathrooms were nice, complete with towel warmers. Internet in rooms did not work for the duration of our 4 day stay, and staff could not tell us when it would be resolved. Suites are sparsely furnished. Couch in our room was kind of beat up. Bed and pillows were flat and on the hard side, blanket was old. Far from current bedding standards in other hotels. The light in our WC went out, 24 hours after initial report it had not been repaired. |

very convenient location Need more kitchen amenities: like salt & pepper, cleaning sponges, dish soap -- ie things you don't want to have to buy for a short trip. A coffee maker would be nice, too. |

Excellent location for seeing the city. Lack of basic facilities for self catering - had to ask for basic cooking utensils - pans, bottle opener - despite this no kitchen knife/ chopping board was ever provided. No means to make coffee - in a French apartment!! |

la petite terrasse et la kitchenette bien aménagée (plaque électrique, frigo, bouillore, micro-ondes), l'espace, le lit. j'ai très bien entendu mes voisins que dinaient et qui sont restés tardivement sur leur terrasse. Ce qui est dommage car il est vrai que l'on entend aucun bruit de la ville, mais on entend bien les voisins.aussi il est regretable que l'on ne puisse avoir de parking gratuit où que ce soit dans les alentours de l'hôtel. |
