The spa facilities are really nice and the personnel is very attentive and polite. Price is really too expensive for the category of the hotel and service provided. In addition, we were deceived about dinner.

L'ensemble des prestations était très bien, j'ai surtout aimé la piscine extérieure et le coin sauna et hammam. Bien équipé, bien entretenu, le personnel super gentil. Le repas était correct, sans plus, le petit déjeuner un peu cher. Mais dans l'ensemble cela nous a bien plu.

Von 5 Hotels, die wir waehrend einer Wanderung durchs Elsass erlebten war La Cl. das bei weitem teuerste, das Zimmer das Kleinste, der Spa Bereich ueberladen mit Buddas und orientalischer Musik aber ohne wirklich gute Schwimmmoeglichkeit. Die Saunas waren sehr gut. Daher Preis /Leistungsverh. extrem schlecht

Ein mit viel Aufwand und besten Zutaten angebotenes Frühstück. Der hohe Preis entspricht sicher den Aufwand und die Zutaten. Die "moralischen" Ratschläge für die Benutzung einiger Spa- Einrichtungen. Ein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Badezimmer wäre wünschenswert.

De Spa en omgeving zijn de grote pluspunten van dit hotel. Rust en genieten in de vrije natuur met een schitterend buitenzwembad en sauna. Restaurant heeft ook een fijn zonterras, kortom echt zeer de moeite waard. Helaas was met name de keuken en het restaurant niet of onvoldoende bestafft. Het weinige personeel deed wat het kon, hoewel niet altijd functioneel en organisatorisch doordacht. Hierdoor ontstond vertraging bij het diner, we hebben uiteindelijk 1 uur en 15 minuten moeten wachten. Bij het ontbijt de dag erop, ontbrak veel serviesgoed, ook hier een wachttijd en overspannen gedrag van het de personeelsleden. Helaas bood het management geen korting of genoegdoening aan, men liet dit aan het personeel over, gemiste kans! De kwaliteit van het eten daarentegen is zeer goed :)

la nourriture, bio et servie avec recherche, originalité. Le petit-déj. aussi, plus varié que ce qu'on a l'habitude. L'hotel est très isolé, faut aimer (comme nous), mais pratique aussi pour un transit entre Strasbourg et Metz, 20 km de l'autoroute, vaut le détour. Très beau health-club. Au milieu des Vosges, de la forêt.

De sauna en Spa Un lit de 1,40 m n'est pas pour une chambre à deux personnes; Je n'ai pas dormi!! Et cela pour un hotel qui sert à se relaxer!!

Le spa de l'hotel est tres reposant et les soins sont excellents La restauration est tres gastronomique et excellente par contre les quantites sont minimes le diner du soir n'etait pas suffisant pour un homme. Le petit dejeuner coute 25€ en plus de la chambre et c'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est servi, par exemple il n'y avait aucune viennoisserie ni brioche seulement differents sorte de pains;

Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, aber... s.u. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung steht in ziemlichen Gegensatz zum renovierten Bad. Das Essen war eher mittelmäßig und dafür zu teuer. Zum Frühstück gibt es - in FRankreich! - keine Croissants.
