This hotel is pretty close to the park and great fitness room and a swimming pool for children.

Pricy breakfast

Very good hotel, situated from 10min by walk from the entrance of the futuroscope. The top plaza rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is also pleasant with a diversity in the lunch card. Buffet is also available but not so diversified.

The outdoor view of the hotel is not so relevant. It is like offices.

Location, free WiFi

Family room very small. Lifts slow at busy times.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the theme park. Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast selection.

The restaurant's evening menu could have been more child-friendly.

This was a beautiful hotel, first thought was we should have stayed more downmarket as were only tourists but this was unfounded, we were made very welcome and the whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Wonderful friendly service in the restaurant where we enjoyed a meal. Weather was exceptionally hot and it was good to be able to request more air con at night. Would definitely stay here again.

It would have been good to have a light meal type eating area for snacks

Beaucoup de choses cassées: poignées de porte serviette, de la baignoire, la lampe cassée jamais changée malgré qu'on a déposé l'ampoule grillée sur la table, sèche cheveux cassé non réparé non plus pendant les 2 derniers jours. La clim est non contrôlable (il faisait très chaud la nuit). Le lit bébé est le chariot de blanchisserie. Il faut réclamer pour avoir des verres en plastique dans la salle de bain ainsi que le gel shampoing (On a eu 1 flacon pour 4 personnes le premier jour suite aux réclamations on a eu 2 autres et rien d'autre pour les deux autres jours). Pour avoir la bouilloire et le plateau d'accueil il faut être au Top club alors que sur la photo ce n'est pas précisé.

Emplacement ideal pour visiter le Futuroscope.

L'etage 4 etoiles identique a l'etage 3 etoiles, etablissement vaut a peine 3 etoiles. Service en chambre avec supplement, menage plus que limite, impossible de joindre l'accueil ( telephone en panne). Service au bar tres moyen, petit dejeuner trop chere et si peu fourni. C'est un bon 2 etoiles, un mauvais 3 etoiles , mais leur etage 4 etoiles est a proscrire pour le service et le tarif.
