Comfort after a week in a caravan

Pricy breakfast

Very good hotel, situated from 10min by walk from the entrance of the futuroscope. The top plaza rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is also pleasant with a diversity in the lunch card. Buffet is also available but not so diversified.

The outdoor view of the hotel is not so relevant. It is like offices.

Location, free WiFi

Family room very small. Lifts slow at busy times.

Air conditioning either turned off or too low setting I would expect at least one television programme to be in english

Good base for visitiing Futurescope. Quadruple room was reasonable value for family, clean. Overall a good stay. but it is perfect for a visit to Futurescope. Great day had by all at the theme park. The light show at the end of the day was better than Disneyland. Recommend getting the english translation things on entry as everything is in French obviously. Bring your own earphones to plug in if you have them. If not others are supplied

Some staff acted like they had never seen a non-French tourist before. They seemed more geared to catering for the conference business staying in the hotel. They zwere incredibly unhelpful about Futurescope even though it is on their doorstep. No Maps, no information. Initial impressions are poor. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, landscaping is scruffy, poor welcome.

This was a beautiful hotel, first thought was we should have stayed more downmarket as were only tourists but this was unfounded, we were made very welcome and the whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Wonderful friendly service in the restaurant where we enjoyed a meal. Weather was exceptionally hot and it was good to be able to request more air con at night. Would definitely stay here again.

It would have been good to have a light meal type eating area for snacks

La chaleur dans l hotel due au chauffage mis a fond dans les chambres a tel point que nous avons du dormir avec la fenetre fermee prix du petit dejeuner eleve

Fuera del horario del restaurante no había ninguna posibilidad de poder comer algo ( bien servido en una cafetería o bien a través del servicio de habitaciones) En mi estancia en el hotel caí enferma y me vi obligada a pasar todo un día en la cama . No tuve ninguna posibilidad de almorzar en la habitación. LLamé a recepción ( día 30 de abril ) y no me dieron ninguna solución, tuve que tomar unos medicamentos con el estómago vacío. Realmente decepcionante. Echo en falta más habitaciones para familias numerosas. Futuroscope aplica un descuento en las entradas del parque pero los hoteles no.

Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c'est. Trop chaud dans la chambre. Pas de canal plus.

La literie, très très confortable... !!

J'ai été étonnée d'une part que pour une si grande chambre, il n'y ai qu'une minuscule poubelle. C'est un détail mais avec un enfant en bas age, couches, lingettes, petits pots... ect... la petite poubelle à "explosée" en 1 h.. Le bruit du chauffage la nuit.. ronronnement lancinant.. Autre dernier détail, surprise à la salle de bain.. 2 savons, 2 gobelets, 2 gels douche... Pour un hôtel de ce standing, nous nous attendions à un "petit plus"..
