La situació de l'hotel, davant les Tulleries i al costat del metro.La piscina era molt agradable. El personal de l'hotel, sempre disposat a ajudar. Esta una mica vellet: mobles, parets... Li caldria una bona renovació, especialment de mobiliari. |

Picture of room in your web site and hotel location Hello, I come to this hotel about 2 P.M. and receive room which was 100 percent different from picture in your web site. We ask to change room, but they tell me, that don't have the same room like on the picture. Hotel staf show me another room, but is was not clean and smell very bad. Therefore we can't stay in this hotel, but Hotel charge me for one night 300 €. I have make pictures of room which they give me and Į can send tiem to you. I don't understand why they charge me for 300 € when can't offer me the same room? This hotel is only 2 or 1 star hotel. Please answer me why you work with hotel which deceive clients and cheats only to take money but don't ofer any 4 star hotel servis? |

room was a good size and updated, however furniture was old and scratched, room sloped so kept banging my head when i got out of bed. No tea/coffee making facilities, no ambience or piano bar as advertised. Very expensive. Not worth the money. |

The hotel is perfectly situated for the louvre and other museums which I particulrly wanted to visit during my stay. I had booked a family room to accomodate four people and the room was very spacious, light and well decorated. The staff were extremely friendly, approachable and tried hard to make our stay at the hotel enjoyable for everyone. After a long journey to get to the hotel, we were tired and just wanted to have a cup of tea. After searching the room we could not find any tea making facilities and were told to phone room service. If traveling to the hotel, i would deffinately recommend taking your own kettle! The carpet had also a few stains on them which is a shame as it wouldnt take much to clean them. |

I liked the amenities. I asked for an early check-in when I booked and my request was honored, much to my surprise. I was treated very well by all and felt at home. The room needed new carpeting only. The rest I found up to par. |

The location At arrival (7pm) and despite two weeks advance booking, we had to wait for a room. As none of the booked rooms were available, we were 'upgraded' to junior suite which proved to be old-fashioned and dirty. This hotel needs urgent renovation and complaints had no effect. It is at best three stars and we are surprised this hotel is recommended by Booking.com. |

The location of the hotel was really great. Within walking distance of lots of sites. The staff was friendly. The room looked nothing like the pictures from the booking site. Carpet was very old and nasty looking. Very over-priced. |

I sent my sister and mother to your beautiful hotel for my mothers 80th birthday. This was due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had with you last year. Thank you for looking after them so well! We will be back!! |

I liked the friendliness of the reception staff and the porter. I also liked the Old Wordly feel and the sense of history. I stayed 3 nights then away for 3 nights and Ireturned for 1 night. On my return I was moved 4 times until I was given room with twin bed for my son and I. In the final room 407 it was clear that the room had not been finished-no lock or mirror in toilet, shower screen not closing properly, the sink visible from bath etc etc . |

Entrance was nice . There was no hair conditioner,no hand towel in the toilet(separated from bathroom),two light bulbs needed to change in the room ,under the sofa was so filthy , dresser's door was difficult to open and a magnifying glass in the bathroom could not hold in the right positions. In the buffet breakfast, there were no plates and coffee have to wait longtime. |

the front staff were accomodating to our request fro a room change we spefically booked the hotel for it's swimming pool facility however this was a very poor facility with no showering facilities, the pool was very cold and dirty, the accesory ie floats etc were mouldy, we only used it the once and not again |
