The massage I had at the spa was great and very professional! The room was not ready on time, we waited in the lobby for it till 1600 after a long flight and that started the whole vacation on the wrong foot. |

Our air conditioner was loud and not very productive. The woman at the desk was wonderfully courteous and moved us to another room where we remained our last four days. The room, though older, was sufficient - nice bed, pillows and bathroom and the location was superb. We also found charming restaurants nearby that were great. I had a great massage our last evening! Total luxury! Thank you. No. Everyone was courteous, professional, and friendly. |

Beautiful building, very central The rooms were spacious, but runned-down and and kind of filthy. The staff were not good at serving breakfast and lunch and began removing food half an hour before the announced closing time. They rejected many guests to sit outside, because it was too much for them to make new tables (there were plenty and they were not occupied). Each morning, several nice tables outside were occupied, because they were made ready for lunch (3 hours later), and thus could not be used for breakfast. |

This hotel provides an excellent combination between business and family. I felt very much at home. When I went to work in the city my family enjoyed itself in and around the hotel. |

The services provided by the concierge and the man who hailed the taxis - they were friendly and hard working. The ambience of the hotel. The check in staff - quite incompetent. No electric jug to make tea or coffee in room. No power point in bathroom for hair straightners - only shavers. Sometimes, room not cleaned properly or else done very late. Quite limited menu in dining area. |

The location is excellent, right next to the Tuileries gardens and the Louvre in the center of Paris My room, though spacious, was decorated in a cheap and tasteless fashion; a low quality floor, sofa from a cheap store, the telephone did not work, the minibar was empty. And I was paying for a supposedly superior room....I understand some of the rooms in the hotel have yet to be renovated, but the hotel should never present these as "superior" rooms, nor expect visitors to pay the corresponding price. |

Very close to all main attractions. First impressions very good !! Porters at the end of the stay was very helpful. Double room was spacious and clean. Some areas of the hotel well presented. Arrived at 10am to put bags in store all seemed okay - went back at 6pm to unpack which is when the problems started. Rooms not ready !! Junior Suite needed a good coat of paint and updating. Balcony was bubbling with ashpahlt. Bathrobe (should of supplied 3) looked like they had been worn a 100 + times. The bathroom sink was blocked. The Spa was dark, damp and certainly not inviting. Pool was not open on Sunday until 1pm - which defeats the object of getting up for an early morning swim. A lot of work needed to bring this up to 4* and no idea why they call it a SPA Hotel because it certainly was not a SPA !! Certainly not worth the money. |

we liked the location, the beautiful courtyards and that it had a pool. The new room designs are very nice but might have been rushed for completion: AC didn't work, towel bars continually fell off, WC was awkwardly located and didn't have towel bar or mirror, bathroom was poorly planed and shower door and entry door to room would collide. Bedroom was very comfortable and airly. Color scheme is nice. It was obvious that the hotel is going through construction and operational transition so restaurant, bar and spa were awkwardly operated. I hope this will improve when the remodel is complete. The reception staff and the conceirge were very good. The restaurant staff was very poorly trained and lacked a lot of experience. Pool area is too small for real swimming and it is very oppressive. It works fine as a spa relax pool, but hotel will have to make sure to present it that way. many families were there and it did not function well for families. |

Floorplan was awkward. Toilet was located off foyer, whllst all other ba6throom facilities were on other side of bedroom' No art on walls, only mirror in bathroom. Rather stark. |
