we loved the location. The reception staff were friendly. We had requested early check in; after some delays we were able to have our room. I appreciated the effort. Our room was not serviced one day even though we had requested it. Assistance with computer connection was poor. I would like to stay when the renovation is complete and the atmosphere in reception improved. |

Location, location, location -- it was the best. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay outstanding. The room was on the small side but that's to be expected of Paris rooms. The courtyard was a bonus. The spa was a wonder -- exercise room, pool and a massage available. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The room carpet could have been cleaner but it was no big deal. |

This hotel was the perfect home base for sightseeing and museum-hopping in Paris - location, location, location. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We felt very much at home here. The courtyard was a great place to sit and relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The carpet in our room needed replacing, not because it was dirty, but because it had stretched and therefore bunched up in places. This will probably be taken care of with the ongoing renovations. This really did not affect the comfort of the room. |

Attention to the guest is number one priority in the hostelry. The staff, at all levels from the Concierge to the Doorman, were always courteous and very eager to serve. Special mention need to be made of the Concierge. His continuous interventions (information, lunch & dinner reservations, etc.) made the stay one memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations. |

Front staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping doesn't do a good job providing towels and soaps. Some days you get enough towels and soap, and other days you get not enough towels and only 2 small soaps. Washroom had 3 lights, but only the light bulb in 1 worked. |

Staff were extremely helpful and tolerant of lively children! Great breakfast and small but warm, tranquil pool. Right opposite the Tuileries so very close to the Louvre and Orangerie and also the summer fair for the kids. Original room was very disappointing but when queried they moved us the next day when a room became available and gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. |

Gentle and helpful hotel staff and great location. The hotel located near Louvre museum and 10 minutes walk to Concorde, Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Des Halles, Notre Dame, Musee D'orsay.. Hotel needs a fully renovation.. During our 5 days stay we experienced some problems with room door, wc and electricity system.. |

The Hotel offers large interior courtyards for quiet in the heart of Paris. The location is exceptional and the staff are most friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is undergoing room renovations and this will definitely enhance future visitor's experience. The gym and pool areas are a very nice feature in an urban setting. The breakfast buffet is nice but not a good value (compared to nearby alternatives. With a family (four kids), this was not at all cost-effective. Should offer a plan for breakfast included at a reduced rate. |

the location and the indoor pool (although this was spoilt by children dive bombing and splashing in the pool The room was not ready when we arrived - and despite promises on two occasions that it would be ready, this was not the case. Once we checked into the room we were disgusted to find that camp beds in the already small living area (in the "suite") had been erected. Not only were they unattractive and uncomfortable, for the price of the rooms and a little imagination a day bed with double bed would be far more attractive. |

Very central, close to metro, Louvre, and gardens. Quite, yet central. Resaurant staff excellent, very rare in Paris...Good for shopping and lots of restaurants around. Highly recommendable. Certain rooms need refurbishing, extremely urgent for a luxury hotel. |

Fantastic location and the hotel was so fancy we felt like VIPs. The pool was great especially for our 12 and 14 years old daughters. An added plus was the air conditioning which made the trip as it was over 30 degrees out side. Beer in the bar was too expenisive at €11 a pint. |

Location was excellent for sight seeing and accessibility to main areas of Paris. Hotel refurbishment looked great - but prices for drinks etc were very high! Breakfast was very pricey- cheaper alternatives close by.Air conditioning didn't work - it had yet to be adjusted to warmer weather so the bedrooms were too warm. There was also adjustements to the water system - which left us with cold showers for two days. Staff were helpful generally - but not in response to the above difficulries. |

staff are helpfull , service good, we like the central location that also has a swimming pool we wish the swimpool change room are bigger, so we do not have to change in our rooms. so the whole spa section should make improvment. |
