Theis hotel is perfectly located on Rue de Rivoli - adjacent to the beautiful Tuilleries and The Louvre - fabulous for access to all Metro connections by walking a short distance to Concorde and so close to one of the most spectacular shopping areas in the world - Rue St Honore - access to some of the best restaurants and attractions makes this the perfect hotel for both business and pleasure
Sadly couldn't access my room and while I understand I arrived very early I was disappointed to see other guests being checked in ahead of me - indicating little flexibility for changing of rooms despite making reception aware that I had flown for over 24 hours
Great location and lovely spa facilities
Spa was closed to us because it was booked for a private party Bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke
The location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts good.
The room. The public spaces in the hotel. Chose hotel because of spa pool which was extremely disappointing. Looked great in the pictures but not very nice in real life.
location was excellent and front of house staff particularly conceirge desk extremely helpful
The room was dark air-con did not work properly and when mentioned to staff we were told to leave window open which meant room now freezing as it was february. Food in hotel very poor and although we had booked spa treatment 2 days in advance they had over booked so not available.
Great location, the hammam and pool are lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Great location staff were friendly and spoke very well and were helpful
no tea and coffee facilities in the room was very poor i thought for the price especially
Spa, spa staff
Great Location - we were able to walk everywhere from the htoel. The staff were always friendly and willing to help with any of our queries. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Desk staff very pleasant
wi fi connect too complex bar closed early for Paris and barman rude
Helpful, pleasant staff who speak perfect English,High Quality Furnishings, very high standard of cleanliness with excellent maid service.
Local parking was a nightmare and extremely expensive and cigarette smoke was evident in the halls on non-smoking floors.
Location was great - good bar & restaurant - separate toilet
No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room - or ironing board - room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke
Bathroom - very tired!
Staff very helpful, smart and proffessional Location Room Pool
Gym is small and needs more kit (free weights)
So expensive considering it is the worst hotel I have stayed at in paris
Very central. Great and very friendly staff. Comfortable beds and facilities. Good food.
Concierge were brilliant, helpful and friendly - excellent .
No hot water in morning - ran shower for 15 mins , just cold!
The location was incredible, just across from The Louvre and gardens, couldn't have been better. The swimming pool and steam room were great, just the thing after walking all over Paris on a cold December day. The concierge was very helpful in helping to arrange our New Years Eve celebration for two families and suggested a perfect restaurant, fun and welcoming. He was also able to provide tickets for the Louvre to help us avoid the 4 hour (!) queues on New Years Eve.
Although we understand that Paris hotel prices are expensive, especially when we were visiting over the New Year period, it really was ridiculous that breakfast was excluded from our very expensive room rate. It really doesn't cost much to provide a few drinks, croissants and some fruit!
every thing was great starting from early checking in,very helpful staff, wifi was fairly good ,room was big (superior room) believe or not it was two floors with a connecting inner stairs, very close to most of the attraction,Metro station very close, spa and pool was great after long day of walking, definitely recommend and will be back again
the room was a bit cold at night despite the heating was on high degrees all the day and they promise to check that problem and fix it as soon as they can
Location was good, however there are so many hotels in the same location with much better value for money
Night shift staff was so rude during check-in. Hotel is too old, interiors are so dull and poor, carpets were so dirty, some cheap renovations were done but still way lower than our expectations. This hotel is overrated being considered a 4 star hotel. Room door without locks and housekeeping staff open the door immediately after knocking once. I strongly don't recommend this cheap & old hotel at all.
Staff are really friendly & helpful. Location is perfect & in s nice area.
Only downfall was we were in a room next to the Lift. So was very noisy, so didn't sleep well at all. As was going constantly till late & started again early morning.
The hotel is located perfectly, the personnel is discrete and always professionally kind and helpful. The place is very well maintained and the quality of all meals excellent.
Unfortunately this time (between Christmas and New Year's Eve) we were given a room that was fairly below the standard we were used to in the past times. The main issue was the lack of a wardrobe and no room for the luggages that we had to keep on the floor.
The location and communal areas are lovely. Staff were quite nice
The spa aspect was more a small pool with too many children. No personal issue with children but if it's advertised as a spa then children aren't normally allowed. Our room was nowhere near as nice as the pics online which at 300 euros a night post new year was surprising. We upgraded for an extra €100 but it still had an old bathroom with cold water. A shame as I've stayed in better places for much less in as central locations for much less.
location room size pool friendly and efficient staff
having to pay to use jaccuzzi gym smaller than appears on website expensive
