In a 20th-century building just a 5-minute walk from Opéra Garnier, this lavish and elegant hotel features a hammam and a fitness center. Some guest rooms offer views of the Sacré Cœur Basilica.
Score from 338 reviews Very good
The location of the hotel was excellent.
They gave us the 7th floor room which had the smallest windows. It was really dark inside which is depressing. Also the rooms and the bathrooms were really old.
good location swimming pool ticket services
room services noizy
We got a room with Spa access which made it really easy to down to the pool. The staff was definitely top notch. Very helpful and attentive to your needs. You just cannot beat the location. The hotel is beautiful. Eating at the hotel restaurant or any places around the hotel was more than very satisfactory. Highly recommend it.
Location, room decoration (love Parisian, traditional chic), as mentioned, helpful and friendly staff....super room....we did not like the first room we were shown, and, without any problems we were shown another room which we accepted and which was delightful.
The first room we were shown...as explained, it was changed immediately and with no fuss....what you call excellent service!
The location across from a METRO stop was handy but all in all, Id never stay here again.
At these prices I expect better quality service from Staff with a charming hotel room, attractive and comfortable foyer/guest areas. Instead, I stayed 5 nights in a large but drab old room, amenities of a pension (plastic cups), cold looking + freezing cold foyer and lounge, filthy black keyboards in guest- office, very weak concierges + untrained serving staff in restaurant.
really great location and good staffs
some places are still under renovation
I like the staff they were helpfull
The hotel is not matching with what I see in the website at all in case of the room Shap or the hotel from inside as well. The money value is not matching with capability of the hotel.meaning that with this value of money you can stay in hotel much more luxury and high standard.
location breakfast buffet internet access staff friendly, efficient bedding clean, white, bed comfort ventillation
room plain, old looking and not well maintained. bathroom patched, also not maintained to standards expected. Not good value for money. Could still hear traffic even with window closed.
The position was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. For my first trip to Paris it was lovely
Location was great. Hotel was beautiful.
All rooms in Europe are small compared to American hotels, but well appointed with good beds. Storage for two is a bit tight but we managed. All together a very pleasant stay. Many thanks!
Small rooms but we got used to it because they were comfortable.
It was in the middle of Paris, a quiet haven with great facilities and breakfast was wonderful and all the staff so helpful.
I like that fact that your walking distance from "The Louvre" Public transportation within walking distance across the street. Nice shops along the front walkways with overhead covering in case it rains. Overall the location was the key highlight.
The fact that you could not get up and make your own selection for Contenital Breakfast. It's a waste if your served items you don't want.
Waiting for the room to be available ( 4 pm before we had a room allocated)
Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculately clean and the hotel is located in an ideal location for shopping, eating and walking. The hotel more than merits it's 4 stars based on presentation alone.
Breakfast wasn't included in the price which I believe is extortion if one considers that I paid for two nights accommodation in a Suite.
Toilet very small. Bar closed too early for a hotel bar, should have remained open whilst there was people in the bar
Concierge (Clement & Gael) were outstanding...helpful in every way. Front desk also equally outstanding. The location is one of the best in Paris. Very nice spa.
very well the position, very confortable the swimming pool and very beautiful the hotel
The breakfast was very expensive
The hotel has a good location , the stuff was very friendly and helpfull , room was cleaned.
The furniture inside the room was old. They were having works at the restaurant and you could hear the noise earlier in the morning.
staff were very efficient, those in the kitchen were lovely, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the rooms twice a day. the common areas of the hotel eg. lobby, courtyard, dining room were just gorgeous, but i think the guest rooms are in need of renovation. the carpets are very old and dirty, the curtains are broken, different lengths and do not close. maybe they are in the process of slowly renovating the whole hotel. but the rooms do not match the hotel public appearance. regardless, the location is good, the staff are helpful and it is paris after all, so no one is expecting large spectacular rooms. breakfast was good in terms of range and quality, but quite expensive, but i guess you pay for the convenience and lovely setting.
the windows are not double glazed in the guest rooms so they are very noisy. the beds are comfortable but do not expect to get a good night sleep as the traffic and general street noise is quite loud. again, this is kind of to be expected given the location, but double glazing would fix that!
Location, staff, concierge
Not hot shower one evening during "rush hour" one night
Walking distance to many of the city's attractions, if needed the Metro is just across the road. Rooms overlooking the courtyard are very quiet and worth the extra money as Rue De Rivoli is a busy main road.
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Mini bar was very expensive.
Location is great but it's expensive. Don't do B and B eat outside
Service was poor
Rooms are too small for the money we pay.
Nearly opposite the Louvre, the Orsay within walking distance and with Tuieries station near (Metro line 1) it is very convenient. While we didn't use it the pool looks good.
No kettle in room
