De Paris... O hotel é excessivamente caro para os quartos que oferece. Há quartos que são mesmo minúsculos, com tecto esconso e de área a rondar os 10 m2. Tive de pedir para mudar de quarto e, ainda assim, o novo quarto, apesar de ter uma área superior, não era nada de especial tendo em conta que o seu custo é equivalente ao de um Sheraton ou Hilton. |

Location is very good. Restaurants, shops, taxis, metro and Louvre. Very easy to reach other points of interest. Our room faced out onto a lovely courtyard, below which was the piano bar. At night the double doors from the bar to the courtyard are open and the piano played until 1am, making it impossible to get to sleep even with the bedroom windows shut!!! |

The location was excellent The size for the bed is not a king for a superior room.The hotel did an upgrade to a junior suit but beds still small. Bath tub is over used and rusted. |

We did not have a fully working telivision during our entire stay of 16 nights.We also did not have a interior lock on our door for security!!!!!! This did not allow us to feel safe while sleeping at night!!!!! Location is superior, just the best you can dream of. Spa facilities, lobby area and piano bar are impressive. My daughter has forgotten her jacket in the room. We asked the hotel whether they have found this jacket and they haven't. It means that there is something wrong with the housekeeping there. The room we stayed in was incredibly small and poorly furnished, it is a 2** room in the best possible location with good spa services. Stay there if you get a good price, around 150 EUR would be fair |

Room was a bit small for 4 people. Toilet was separate to bathroom and it was the size of a wardrobe! Rooms that are shown in brochure in hotel do not reflect the room you get! Rooms in brochure are obviously in the executive section. |
