Läget. Trevlig personal. Utmärkt städning Juniorsviten motsvarade inte alls bilderna på hemsidan. När sängarna var bäddade fanns det inget utrymme att umgås i förutom att sitta i sängarna |

Housekeeping. Hotel was clean and room was quite impeccable, even with hotel renovation in progress. And the location is perfect. Full tariff for the room would have been rediculous, but booking price (discount) was - just - OK. Nothing that couldn't be helped. Yes - hotel needs (current) renovation, but it's a period building, so expect some imperferctions anyway. Yes - breakfast and (mini)bar are overpriced, but much cheaper (and good) alternatives are at 1 minute walking distance (Rue and Marché St. Honoré). |

Location was very good Again the renovations were a surprise when we arrived at the front door, also considering there was a large percentage of english speaking patrons staff were not able to converse as easily as one would expect from a international hotel, thou some were very good. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa pool was brilliant. The hotel is very central to all the main tourist attractions and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The cost of the food was expensve in the hotel. |

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite, which was an upgrade but was truly spectacular. Really great location, one block to the Louvre. 1/2 block to the closest Metro. Would go back in a heartbeat Wi-fi was not accessible- but perhaps that was a blessing in disguise ! |

Location The rooms have not been renovated for years, the window frames were very thin and all the noise from the street got through. The TV set as tiny (as was the room it self). |

Location is very good. Restaurants, shops, taxis, metro and Louvre. Very easy to reach other points of interest. Our room faced out onto a lovely courtyard, below which was the piano bar. At night the double doors from the bar to the courtyard are open and the piano played until 1am, making it impossible to get to sleep even with the bedroom windows shut!!! |

The location was excellent The size for the bed is not a king for a superior room.The hotel did an upgrade to a junior suit but beds still small. Bath tub is over used and rusted. |
