Läget. Trevlig personal. Utmärkt städning Juniorsviten motsvarade inte alls bilderna på hemsidan. När sängarna var bäddade fanns det inget utrymme att umgås i förutom att sitta i sängarna |

Fantastic location and the hotel was so fancy we felt like VIPs. The pool was great especially for our 12 and 14 years old daughters. An added plus was the air conditioning which made the trip as it was over 30 degrees out side. Beer in the bar was too expenisive at €11 a pint. |

Rooms too old, old/small/ugly tv sets, electric outlets did not work, hot water did not always work. The rest of the hotel was good. Excellent location |

Location was excellent for sight seeing and accessibility to main areas of Paris. Hotel refurbishment looked great - but prices for drinks etc were very high! Breakfast was very pricey- cheaper alternatives close by.Air conditioning didn't work - it had yet to be adjusted to warmer weather so the bedrooms were too warm. There was also adjustements to the water system - which left us with cold showers for two days. Staff were helpful generally - but not in response to the above difficulries. |

staff are helpfull , service good, we like the central location that also has a swimming pool we wish the swimpool change room are bigger, so we do not have to change in our rooms. so the whole spa section should make improvment. |

Location was great for the louvre and subway station. Staff were friendly. The rooms we were allocatedd hadnt been refurbished and smelled of damp. Room was too old fashioned and very poor value for money for a 4 star. |

The location was very central. All main city sites within easy walking distance. The room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm! It was not as described and housekeeping did not clear the room on day 2. |

The location was ideally and the children highly appreciated the swimming pool. Basically all the refurnished parts look nice. I would recommend it when the new rooms are ready. At first we didn't get the room we've booked. After one loud night and a telephone call in the morning this was settled. The rooms and furniture were rather outworn (but we've noticed that a renovation is going on). |

Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and tended to our needs. They gave great advice regarding sightseeing. I had forgotten to pack my tie and the staff really tried to help me get a replacement. I also liked the bathroom set up - shower & separate tub. First hotel room did not have a working heater; however, the next day they switched the room and transferred my bags while I was away sightseeing. Really liked the new room as it was surpisingly spacious and had a nice bathroom set up. |

not a lot, we were given an old musty suite and told that they were all like it, when we complained we were told that there were no other rooms available. Next morning and no hot water we complained again and were given a room that wasn't finished but al least it was new and clean. |

The Manager was very helpful when we needed to move rooms. The first two rooms we were allocated were terrible, smelly and dirty carpets. Only after complaining and asking for a room, where we could pick up the wi-fi did the Manager give us a really good room, much to the disapproval of the girl working the front desk... |

location & swimming pool -that was the reason of our choice. My daughter likes to swim but the time for children was reduced to 7 p.m. the procedure of using swimming pool - we need to come there in our robes, the price on breakfasts was too high, almost as in Angelina :) |

The reception staff was helpful, courteous and cordial. The rate was half of normal because of ongoing renovations, which did not impact our stay at all. The doormen did not open doors. That would have been nice. |
