Clarisse is situated in a great spot for anyone visiting the Paris Expo and with a nearby Metro station the centre of Paris is 10 minutes away.Reception is small but welcoming and the Receptionist welcoming and helpful. The rooms are small and very basic. Both the restaurant and bar were not in use. TV reception is poor. Breakfast and Parking are very expensive for a limited provision. |

Our room on arrival was very small but the staff were extremely helpful changed it for a better (larger) one for our second (of 2) nights Breakfast was very limited and seemed like everything was being rationed. (for example, only half a baguette remaining for 5 diners when we arrived at 8:00 am) |

I found the staff, especially Daoud, Christian and Veronique were happy to go out of their way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the bathroom is a good size. The hotel is well situated with easy access to the city from the tram outside the door and the metro stations just 500m up the road. |

Some of the staff were very helpful, particularly the man on the desk during the weekend. The room maid was not, and was not clean, she cleaned our room in bare feet and didn't seem to understand anything we said to her (I speak French). It was too close to large apartment blocks with noisy people in the street. The carpet was quite dirty in our room. |

The location, its on the outskirts of the Paris are and so its not as touristy. There is a supermarket, internet cafe and many bakeries and other little cafes etc in the area which is lovely to walk around in. On some days of the week there are markets which are cheap and delicious. One metro station down the road, Parc de Versailles and the tram station is right outside the hotel. Exactly what we wanted - we actually stayed there twice during our trip. The room we were in both times was an odd shape and therefore felt cramped. We made sure to lock our bags up everyday because during the cleaning the staff open up all the rooms which felt a bit unsafe. There is no airconditioning, not a huge problem in Paris but it was a bit noisy at night with windows open and it got a but stuffy if we didn't. |

Hotel is located in good place, there is super market next to the hotel.Hotel is nothing special, it is no luxury or so on, but in the same time you feel like at home when you come there in evening. I think this hotel is realy good for young people who don't have so much money but want to enjoy Paris. |

The wireless internet doesn't work on the last floor. Some people of the staff hesitate too much to speak english; this was sometimes very unconfortable. |

Nice beds. Relaxing, after a long visiting day through Paris. Maybe only one larger bed in the center instead two big beds will give the room some extra space... |

The cleaning lady just opened the door without knocking. Made us jump every time the neighbour opens his door (sounds exactly as if someone is at our door). The secured wifi only reachable in the lobby. Unsecure wifi reachable from the room. The keys 2 the rooms are handed in every time you go out and placed on a wall next 2 the front door. This makes me nervous since the person behind the desk is changed every day and often sits in another room. You cannot tell if he/she works at the hotel. This does not lower the security, because when they clean the rooms they opens the doors 2 every room on the floor (for a long time) while they are cleaning the the rooms and even goes 2 other floors. Only one staff member speaks English. |

It was closely located to the metro, inexpensive and a good bargain. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. All in all the stay was pleasant and I would stay there again. Not the best of neighborhoods, but we wanted something on the outskirts of Paris and that's what we got. |

The staff was very helpful, we could sit outside at night at a little cafe style table and enjoy a bottle of wine. The area had a nice grocery store where we bought inexpensive food. The public transportation was close and easy to access. The wifi did not work on the third floor. The walls were thin. |
