Good location, lots of markets around.

The room was small but cozy, always clean and fresh towels. Staff friendly.

Problems with hot water (for tea), every day is different the price of coffee.

That the tram was right across the street. There was a nice market next to it.

That we stayed on the 5th floor and we could not get hot water for a VERY long time,

They really should have switched the heating on in the middle of October. It was freezing ! Internet connection almost non-existent. Prices ridiculous. Apart from that, everything was not bad.

Close to metro. Only 5 mins walk. Clean bathroom, we had a nice view on the streets from the room.

We stayed at clarisse on our last 2 days on Paris. We had to go to airport CDG by 8.30pm in the night to catch the flight. Informed the reception to order a taxi for us by 7.15pm to go to the airport. When we returned at 7.30 in the night to leave to the airport the taxi has still not arrived. Then we got the reception staff to check with the taxi company and then we were told it's not released. We were really strandard. We were so late to catch the flight. The hotel staff could not find us a taxi at all and my husband had to go in middle of the road and stop a taxi ultimately as we were in such a hurry.

Wheelchair accessible rooms available on the ground floor.

Walls are thin, easy to hear guests of the room next door, elevator is really small, just for 1 person actually. Parking spaces were very limited and small, cars higher than 2 meters can't park there.

I liked the position to visit Paris Near it there a supermarket and a boulangerie In front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro is very near

The breakfast is too expensive for a family

The room is clean. And every day the stuff clean the room. The location is not far away from centre. It's very close to catch T3 and metro.

The elevator is too small and old, and a little bit noisy.

Clean rooms, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Everything is well- maintained, very good value for the price. Metro is 5 mins walking away from the hotel. Kind staff, if you want to have you own food (a supermarket is very close), you are welcome to do so at the dining room of the hotel. Good neighbourhood. You can have breakfast in the hotel, but there are several easily affordable brasseries close to the hotel. many people complain about the small rooms and the small elevator there, but this is Paris, all hotels are small unless one pays a few hundred euros a night per person. i recommend this hotel if you want to sleep not worrying about cleanliness after having a shower in a proper working bathroom.

It was in a quiet area but close to the metro so central Paris was reachable easily.The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and there were no facilities for making a drink - considering this was a 2 star, that surprised me.

I stayed for 4days. There is no hot water for drinking. I can ask the staff for it, but not all the staffs are so nice.

The lady at reception was very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The elevator was teeny-tiny...just what we have come to expect in Paris!!

The location is excellent you are close to almost everything (metro,supermarkets,pharmacy,.. Etc), also the rooms were clean and staff was kind and helpful. I do recommend people to stay there.

The toilet Siphon was not working and that was annoying.

The location was ok, fairly close to the metro.

The noise was quite loud, the rooms were tiny, the breakfast was nothing £1.50 couldn't buy you at any shop. The main complaint is when we arrived we were offered breakfast for 3 euros each as we hadn't included it in the booking instead of the 9 euros advertised, I thought that was a great deal so agreed. When we checked out they tried to charge us the full price, when I argued the point the receptionist had to call her colleague at 5am, she then denied this and said 5 euros, she then tried to charge me 6. The staff were incredibly inept at their job, made no effort with customer service and were generally useless. I do not recommend this hotel as I found the staff to be untrustworthy and unhelpful at their jobs.

The hotel is very near the Metro station just 3-5 minutes walk. It' s also near mini super maket such as Carrefour and Franprix. It's good for tourist who loooking for cheap hotel but it's far from Paris shopping center which will take about 40 minutes to reach there. The staffs are nice and helpful.

There are no air-conditioning so it's highly recommended not to stay here in summer . The elevator is not at the floor so you have to climb a little to reach each floor because the life stop is at the middle between the floors. So the hotel is not suitable for the travellers with huge luggages.

It is close to the Metro yet located in a quiet area full of parks.

Not bad for the price location fair 15/20 mins from centre by metro not too noisy if your at the top floor breakfast I would not bother go to mac Donald's or a cafe for better quality cont breakfast

Good vehicle access

Rooms are too small. We recieaved a triple-bed room with size of room for one person. Lift holds max 2 people without a luggage. The crew can not be named as friendly.
