Swift and friendly in- and out processing. Staff seemed a little less friendly than at my last stay, when not directly engaged with guests. Bothered by having guests? The showers; on next maintenance/upgrade, change to automatic regulators, Now manual water regulators, making it a continuous task to adjust temperature as other guests use water or stop using water.

Close to metro, and thus central to most of Paris. Polite and helpful staff that made check in and -out asy and fast, and breakfast a pleasant experience. Room standard was basic but good, bathroom excellent.

Hotel de Versailles was excellent in every point....we enjoyed our stay there a lot! If we ever come back to Paris, we would definitely stay in this hotel..!! It is a great choice for all types of travellers...family, friends, couples!! And the breakfast was great, with a variety of choices and in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere!!

quite a complete room facilities, but sometimes can be destroyed by a few rude resecptionists. We brought our baby boy and hence the room xas extremely too small for us, however the location is perfect, only 10€ by taxi to Eiffel Tower and Gare Montparnasse. Another nightmare was that when the only (very small) elevator/lift off for more than 24 hours, we have to carried anything through the stair to 4th floor, disaster.

The hotel reception staff were very polite friendly and accomodating. The room was, albeit compact, was very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The roof top veranda was also a particularly relaxing area to enjoy an evening glass of wine or a morning coffee. I would use this hotel again so I did not find anything wrong with this compact but extremely inviting place.

In case you have to attend a trade show on the expo, this hotel has excellent location, only few minutes walk to the Porte de Versailles Expo Center! Paper thin walls, you can hear your neighbours every movement :(

The hotel was modest, but provided everything what I needed. I really apprecieted a wide range of a breakfest offer, so I could eat something else each day. Sometimes noise (speech) from the courtyard in the night, but it was rarely. Otherwise it is a very quiet place out of busy downtown.

Good buffet breakfast and free internet. Nice, well equiped rooms, but small. Close to Porte de Versailles metro station and trams, so easy to get around Paris. Rooms are small so not a place to stay if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

Příjemně nás překvapilo umístění hotelu v klidné lokalitě plné obchůdků a restaurací, potom čistota a útulné vybavení skromného pokoje. Personál byl velmi vstřícný a bez problému si poradil s mou anglicko francoužštinou. Jedinou nevýhodou bylo umístění pokoje v přízemí u dveří výtahu, kde přes papírové dveře šlo slyšet každého hosta, co si povídáním zkracoval chvíli při čekání na výtah.

-Vriendelijke ontvangst. -Makkelijk gebruik van de parkeergarage (wel betalend). We konden de auto na het uitchecken nog laten staan tot in de namiddag. -Uitstekend continentaal ontbijt. -Rustige ligging (net buiten de ring rond Parijs) op 5 minuutjes stappen van metrostation. -Kamers zijn klein, maar goed in orde. -Culinaire tip: Ga 's avonds zeker eens eten in "Manufacture", vlakbij het hotel. Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken in een prachtig decor tegen zeer betaalbare prijzen! Echt genieten!!!! Geen echte tegenvallers. Enkele kleine opmerkingen: -eerder warm op de (kleine) kamer, onze airco werkte niet goed. -geen echte bar om 's avonds met vrienden (familie...) nog gezellig te zitten drinken, wel een salonnetje met beperkte drankgelegenheid. -ontbijtzaal niet praktisch ingericht. -nogal een grote meerprijs voor de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten (kamer was daarenboven zelfs heel wat kleiner dan die van vrienden die geen koffie- en thee-faciliteiten hadden; maar ons bed was dan wel weer iets breder)

A part le sourire de la pauvre jeune fille de l'accueil : rien ! La chambre est minuscule et triste a mourir. La clim glougloute en permanence et se met en route toutes les 10 minutes, la chasse coule, le tuyau de douche est trop court et douche le mur mais pas vous. Le personnel du soir est odieux et celui du matin idiot! Les couverts du dejeuner sont cachés dans un tiroir fermé et la machine à café ne fonctionne pas. Si votre voiture dépasse la taille d'une Smart évitez le garage ou prenez rv chez le carrossier L'hotel qui a tout faux a éviter a tout prix !
