Prettige, goede behandeling aan receptie. Niet zeer grote maar wel goede kamers met goede bedden. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Uitstekende centrale ligging.

Friendly staff. Great location. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close to metro stop. They held our luggage for us.

Staff availability. We had booked a triple room for 4 nights and got a rather small room on the first day. Hopefully, we have been proposed to move a larger room for the rest of our stay.

Soap provided only on the first day.

Location was decent. 10 min walk to Notre Dame and metro. Close to decent pubs and restaurants. Decent room. Clean

Staff not very friendly. Rooms and bathroom tiny. Wi-Fi had poor range. Pricey for the hotel that it was. I'm assuming we paid for the location.

Room was large, front desk was fast and friendly.

Windows didn't open properly and they did not allow the air conditioner to be turned on. Old-style door keys (not credit/electronic). Sink in bathroom was at eye level for small kids and had sharp corners.

Location (10 min up to NotreDam by foot), very quiet district. The room was clean and light.

Central to RER and Metro. Very comfy beds.

The elevator is small and the furnishings we soso. Though the room was decent size with big windows. Totally worth the money considering the location. For what I paid; I was totally satisfied.

We have stayed in this hotel with my sister. Really enjoyed hotel, friendly staff, especially guys on reception who always advise easy ways to all destinations. Hotel location is perfect:close to the metro, cafes and shops. if I come to Paris next time, I definitely choose this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. It was great! The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms, although, small, were totally adequate and clean. The location couldn't be better! I would definetely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The only positive point about this hotel was its location. Internet connection worked all right.

it is far too expensive for what it provides. It is incredible an hotel can provide can provide rooms in such a state at such a price. The rooms are very small (for the price). The hotel hasn't been refreshed for a very long time and it shows everywhere. There is very little space in the bathroom (again for the price). The breakfast is of the lowest quality (bread, croissant,...).

What a wonderful little hotel--across the street is a bakery where I went and got my cafe and croissant and all around the hotel were bookstores, shops, and things to see!

The position

Little room, first floor, noise and light during the night. No breakfast included although I have paid 150 euros per night!

The hotel is in a good location that is close to everything while being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle so is more peaceful and quiet. Clean refurbished room with nice wooden floors and great bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice common area/lounge which also has internet station. Wi-fi worked well throughtout the hotel. I will certainly stay here again.

There needs to be a little more attention to some small details like new blind in the bathroom and broken hair dryer but it doesn't detract from the overall quality of the hotel.

The lift is very tiny, taking two comfortably at a time, so going up took trips for all of us ... we were on the 5th floor

The location was fantastic. Nice and central. The area had a nice feel too. The staff were also very helpful. I got sick and a doctor was called straight away for me.

When I was sick I used all the tissues and we didn't get any more. Other than that the hotel was really good.

I think I was lucky this time with this Paris hotel. Even the WiFi speed was good over 10.50 Mpbs and didn't have to log in every time. Room was charming with strong brass bed, a wooden floor and a little empty minibar so you can put your own drinks etc.. The little balcony was nice too. Bathroom and bathtub size was great too. I will definitely look at this hotel again next time I go to Paris. Excellent location.

Considering it was high season the price was also a bit high.

The hotel was very relaxing and comfortable. It was ideally situated for me, being a short walk away from my young grandson's student room and college. He had in fact chosen it for me. The staff were very pleasant, good mannered and welcoming when I arrived and throughout my stay. The location was very good - allowing me a lovely Paris experience.
