The location was super convenient... the accomodation was also very cozy...

One of your staff is not friendly, he is supposed to be polite with your guests he is the young guy working in the afternoon, french...unfortunatly he is the only one who, no body liked him, my familly and other friends visited your hotel.

Staff was friendly, you can feel like home there! Great accommodation for a price! It was very quiet at night, we had a good night sleep there. Great location! Close to Metro station, Train Station,plenty of restaurants around,pubs,fast foods.We had fabulous stay in this hotel. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to save some money not compromising on quality. Thanks

One receptionist (male) actually did not respond to my words that elevator is out of order. And elevator really was out of order!

Near the metro station, shops around. Clean. Nothing about the room to complain.

Staircase dark, but acceptable if not much luggage.

The location is great - a walking distance to the Louvre, Monmartre, the Opera. There are several nice shops in the street. The metro station is very close.

Although the building is old, staff really manage to keep it clean. Location is really central as well. Love the two-man elevator! Breakfast good value for money...

Construction in the Hotel. Loud Noise 9am-6pm Daily.

Staff are helpful. Location is close to metro station, 5 mins walk.

Some of the facilities are a bit dilapidated such as no electricity supply from some of the sockets and pillows provided are deformed.

It's horrible! I saw blackbeetle in the room!!! When I asked staff in night shift to have extra quilt, he answered no more quilt. I just can't believe there is no extra quilt in such a hotel. Surely I will not recomend my friends to stay in this hotel.

Comfortable room at reasonable cost. in good condition with enough space for 2 of us and luggage. Its in a reasonable postion to get around Paris with plenty of local shops, restaurants. Staff very helpful and considerate as we dont speak french.

Location was good. Near from tourist attractions, metro stations and a big supermarket.

One of receptionest was so unkind. He was quite annoyed with customers (included me), unhelpful. I really wanted to change the hotel becuase of him when I was talking with him. And I saw him yelling at an elderly man who also was staying the hotel. Second, my mom and I saw corkroaches in the room. Oh my godness! Disgusting!!!! Last, the bed covers were covered with dusts. I thought they were never cleaned. I can hardly recomend this hotel

The location is good. Walking distance to gallery lafayette. There is a halal restaurant in a walking distance, Carefour and a few other basic shops around. Slight uphill if you come from notre dame de lorette station. The room is clean but the toilet.... Good for budget traveller

The toilet is smelly. The room is noisy, we can hear people talkimg from other rooms. The lift is small, only can occupy 2 person without bags. Somehow the alley between rooms are quite small. Water heating is always an issue as reviewed by others.

The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from Moulin Rouge. The staff is helpful, speaks english.

Breakfast is not the biggest, french way, croissants etc. It's better to go to any restaurant close to the hotel and get a full breakfast. There is a small breakfast place just up the hill that for the same amount - 7 EUR you can get any sandwich + any drink + dessert + coffee.

One day stay hotel

The location was a bit difficult to find. The lift was too tiny and the hair dryer wasnt good. The room was too tiny and the windows were left open by the staff.

The location was good because it was close to the train station and to the metro. It also had quite a lot of nice restaurants and bakeries close by. It cheap in comparison to other hotels with similarly good locations.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better.
