The breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful when they were on the premises. It was hard to find, and there was no-one in reception when we turned up Sunday at 19.30. The restaurant was closed, we could find nowhere to eat in Cleon or the vicinity, and ended up eating sandwiches in our room on the first night of our honeymoon. Maybe this can be avoided in the future.

The hotel was convenient located for where we were travelling to. The room was tiny for a family room considering there were two adults and two children. There was no air conditioning which made it unbearable The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Bon contact avec le personnel , bonnes informationsaprès la réserv ation C'était le 08 Mai et donc nous étions équipés d'un code mais il n' y avait personne à la réception, c'est toujours triste d'arriver dans un hôtel où il n' y a personne .....

Très bonne literie Le fait de réserver par Internet ne permet pas de bénéficier du tarif soirée étape. La salle de bain ne correspond en rien au standing de l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'une cabine en plastique...

Le parking ferme est un plus Quel bonheur d avoir un enfant qui courre au dessus de votre tete jusqu'a plus de 23h. Surtout qu il n y a plus de chambre au dela du deuxieme etage sans ascenseur. La taille du lit ridicule. Ne vous fiez pas au descriptif.. C est du 140. Et surtout l erreur traditionnel : vous reservez deux nuits et on ne vous fait le prix booking que sur la premiere..... Si vous dites rien, c est tant pis pour vous. Quand au petit dejeuner..... Ke cafe est servit par une immonde machine a hyophilise... Beurk. Un conseil.... Aller petit dejeuner au campa en face.

The hotel location was very good to visit businness place. We asked special vegeterain food for us & we got very good vegeterian food. 1) The rates are costier than other hotel we stayed in place nearby Paris after finishing our work in Cleaon 2) We could not find good air circulation in room

Convenient access from motorway. Welcoming staff. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Badly lit stairway. Interesting menue in restaurant but actual food produced very disappointing and of mediocre quality. Breakfast gave little choice for those who do not want sweet biscuits and cakes.
