Fire exit blocked by a massage bed in the corridor right outside our room, massages being done late into the night whilst we and our 2 very young children were trying to sleep. Staff very unhelpful to the point of being rude - accused us of not paying on our first evening after our meal, even though traditionally you pay when checking out. Wall in bathroom splattered with blood. |

Food was good, staff were generally friendly and helpful some basic repairs and maintenance in the rooms had not been carried out (eg wall heater hanging off, ripped wallpaper) |

The restuarant Total closure on Sunday pm. No restuarant and no advice (although the Campanile 300 m away was open). Stained carpets, near busy road. Next time I would try Campanile and perhaps eat at Seinomarin |

The room was well equipped for a family of four with beds but NOT with tea and coffee facilities! The male receptionist was very friendly when another couple had their car broken into The receptionist (a young lady) was extremely rude. Fortunately I speak french so was able to communicate, however she was very unwelcoming. She didn't even say hello. When I said we had a reservation, she replied (in a very huffy manner) that the hotel was not usually open on a Sunday but that they had a group arriving. She then slammed down my receipt without a thankyou. This is unacceptable |

no se puede calificar de bueno, y menos si se compara con los hoteles españoles baja calidad, no se esmeran en los detalles, habitaciones limpias pero con una imagen de poca calidad. (Como ejemplo colcha de la cama rota, beñera y baño muy viejos...) |
