The service and attitude of staff was good. Receptionist was helpful and efficient. Food The starter we wanted from the menu was not available. We felt the menu choices were limited. Room Shower was broken. The toilet vent was dirty, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable - we both had limited sleep. The main light in the room was not working.

We wanted someone resonable to stop half way on our journey home from southern brittany. This fitted the bill, it was just off the a13. 15 mins from Rouen and hour from Paris, so ideal for base.

The hotel was basic and the decor was dated, although it was clean. The staff were very friendly and the communication before our arrival was great. The breakfast was great.

Clean, convenient and comfortable I arrived Sunday night and there was no staff on site to provide me with my room key. I had to wait until another guest arrived to let me in the night entrance where I found my room key left on a chair. The pin code provided via the web site didn't match the pin code for the night entrance. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed!

Food and service was good. Location was very convenient for motorway network. Security of grounds/parking was useful if carrying valuables No service whatsoever on Sundays and no warning of this or information about what might be open in the environs. Sunadya morning staff member was none too bright and gave the impression of being too busy to answer basic question on external door and security gate access codes. Free WiFi was unusable due to low signal strength.

Sa simplicité son silence et son acceuil Ce que je trouve dommage c est qu il n'pas de restauration le dimanche soir car moi j' avais fait 4h30 de route etre arrivé a 21h j'ai dut me contenté d'un simple encas et aussi que le petit dejeuner ne soit pas compris dans le prix de la chambre comme ds tout les autre hotels de france

Die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Sie hatte nicht die richtige Arbeitseinstellung. Dieses haben wir in diesem Hotel schon ganz anders erlebt und waren etwas entäuscht. Ansonsten war alles o.k.. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Très bon accueil, excellent rapport qualité prix (pour 2 et surtout pour 4), environnement agréable, bon petit déjeuner. La 2ème chambre pour 4 (n° 1) était envahie par les lits. Il faut faire de la gymnastique pour y accéder mais cela amuse les enfants. Il faut donc voyager léger.

Devant arriver tardivement j'avais appelé l'hotel pour savoir si cela posait un probleme. Le personnel a été très pro, j'ai reçu par texto les codes d'accès du parking, de l'hotel, mon numéro de chambre etc... l'accueil a été top et la chambre était très bien

Family room sleeping 4 people comfortably. Located just south of Rouen it is only 1 hour from Deauville, where we were heading for next morning. 3 slats were missing at the footend of the bed, so the mattress was leaning downwards. I mentioned it next morning to the reception who appologized and offered the childrens breakfast.

le parking gratuit et le gel douche et sèche cheveu,pratique.Le petit déjeuner sympa aussi le portail de nuit qui même avec un code est très dur à ouvrir.Il faudrait préciser faire glisser le portail vers la gauche en poussant très fort.ça éviterait de téléphoner et de réveiller le personnel. . Le lit en hauteur est pas très facile d'accés avec l'échelle à la verticale que ce soit pour un enfant ou un jeune adulte!

Très bon accueil, aucun soucis pour accéder au parking et à l'hôtel même de nuit (les consignes pour ouvrir la grille sont simples et claires). Accès wi-fi dans les chambres. Tarif attractif. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si je revenais dans la région.
