The service and attitude of staff was good. Receptionist was helpful and efficient. Food The starter we wanted from the menu was not available. We felt the menu choices were limited. Room Shower was broken. The toilet vent was dirty, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable - we both had limited sleep. The main light in the room was not working.

Sa simplicité son silence et son acceuil Ce que je trouve dommage c est qu il n'pas de restauration le dimanche soir car moi j' avais fait 4h30 de route etre arrivé a 21h j'ai dut me contenté d'un simple encas et aussi que le petit dejeuner ne soit pas compris dans le prix de la chambre comme ds tout les autre hotels de france

Die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Sie hatte nicht die richtige Arbeitseinstellung. Dieses haben wir in diesem Hotel schon ganz anders erlebt und waren etwas entäuscht. Ansonsten war alles o.k.. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Très bon accueil, excellent rapport qualité prix (pour 2 et surtout pour 4), environnement agréable, bon petit déjeuner. La 2ème chambre pour 4 (n° 1) était envahie par les lits. Il faut faire de la gymnastique pour y accéder mais cela amuse les enfants. Il faut donc voyager léger.

Devant arriver tardivement j'avais appelé l'hotel pour savoir si cela posait un probleme. Le personnel a été très pro, j'ai reçu par texto les codes d'accès du parking, de l'hotel, mon numéro de chambre etc... l'accueil a été top et la chambre était très bien

Très bon accueil, aucun soucis pour accéder au parking et à l'hôtel même de nuit (les consignes pour ouvrir la grille sont simples et claires). Accès wi-fi dans les chambres. Tarif attractif. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si je revenais dans la région.

Accès aisé et parking facile Très très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, le moindre mouvement dans les pièces voisines est perceptible. J'avais expressément demandé une chambre la plus silencieuse possible et j'ai hérité comme voisins d'une famille avec trois enfants!!

Pas grand chose à dire juste propre et prix ok. Petit déjeûner ok pour 7 euros. Ne surtout pas venir un dimanche car il n'y rien: pas de restaurant, pas de distributeur de boissons chaudes ou froides, pas de personnel et rien autour à au moins 5 km !!!! Hôtel à éviter sauf pour un (très) rapide transit.

Bonjour,nous avons très peu profité de notre séjour au Seinomarin de Cléon, puisqu' à 4 heures du matin (de retour d'un mariage) nous avons trouvé porte close et que nous sommes tombés sur un répondeur automatique. Après cette nuit sans sommeil la réception nous a fait payer 66€ 40 non sans nous préciser que des consignes orales et un papillon avaient été mis à disposition des clients pour leur indiquer que le portillon automatique fonctionnait avec un code mais ne s'ouvrait que manuellement.Ne serait-il pas plus simple d'expliquer l'ouverture manuelle sur une affichette collée sur ce fameux portail? Merci pour ceux qui nous suivront dans cette galère!!!!

Het feit dat het personeel alleen maar een paar woordjes engels sprak, en dus niets kon vertellen over het menu. Dat kan je beter een paar deuren verder halen bij de MCDonald's. Ook het ontbijt is maar karig naar verhouden met de prijs.

acces pas trop difficile a trouver, reception gentille sans chi-chi, restaurant agreable mais sans plus...peut-etre agreable en ete a l'exterieur en terrasse?? lit double indigne dans toute sa geometrie - trop court et pas suffisamment large!!! store ou rideau deglingue et sans air-co. departementale donnant acces a renault tres bruyante!!
