New refurbished rooms with very good comfort, tv program were great with a big choice of French and English channels. Reception, restaurant and bars not refurbished yet. Parking and breakfearst two expensive

Good location close to the center of the city. Breakfast and parking come at an extra cost, which could have been included in the rather expensive room price of 169 €.

In the city center. It's the former Mercure hotel Poor service of the reception.I Waited 20 minutes before they open the parking. They did not apologize and the english language of the lady receptionist was poor.

Recption staff was very rude. When I got there was informed there was no resturaunt or bar in July. Was woken up to construction work in the room next door started at 8am, with no consideration to guests as I asked the reception to ask them to stop twice. (While on phone, reception said they could not hear me, thats how loud the noise was)

The hotel was conveniently close to the city centre, but was nonetheless quiet. Good facilities, fast free wifi connection, tea-making facilities etc The bathroom needs renovation; the WC cistern leaked and was not repaired despite my complaining about it twice. The hotel has started a programme of renovation though, and will probably soon completely renovate the room.

Wi-fi connection for free in rooms Old, 70's look, not so clean and uncomfortable. Front desk staff don't speak any english, unacceptable for an international hotel. Definitely too expensive

The room was huge and it is in the city center. Nice and familiary. The room was not well decorated a little old fashion, need to be refurneshed. Although the hotel was practically empty they gave us a room with the rear view.

Le réceptionniste se trompe de chambre et soutient que j'ai réservé une twin alors qu'il a le contraire sous les yeux. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix (19.50 euros sivous le voulez en chambre) compte tenu de la qualité et de l'offre des produits. Enfin l(hotel est en travaux et nous avons été réveillé par des coups de marteaux même le dimanche.

La chambre et la salle de bain le tout refait à neuf. Prix du petit déjeuner (17 euros) trop élevé sans compter les 6 euros supplémentaires pour le service en chambre.

sa situation geographique et la competence du monsieur du desk le mardi matin d'une efficacité parfaite dans le check out et suivi des commandes taxis Le prix tout a fait exorbitant pour le style et ce qui est proposé un petit déjeuner à pratiquement 17 euros ! très très cher par rapport au services et ce qui est proposé (absence de salade de fruit ; oeufs maintenu sur un système qui fait qu'ils sont et reste froid ; vrac de viennoiseries ... enfin un petit déjeuner tout a fait non adapté si l'on facture un prix à pratiquement 17 euros ! car le prix de la chambre un peu défraîchi malgré tout (mais ils sont en travaux donc souhaitons que les chambres soient rénovées en urgence) et ce afin d'en justifier le prix demande plus de 100 euros tout de même

Sa proximité de la Place de Jaude. Le rapport qualité prix correct. Le fait qu'il y ait une porte séparatrice supplémentaire dans chaque chambre, ce qui isole mieux du couloir. Le parking payant (cher), le petit déjeuner (cher) et le fait que l'hôtel soit en travaux (bruit en journée). Ils refont le design de toutes les chambres et vont attaquer le hall et le bar l'an prochain. La déco est très moche, mais bon, ça devrait changer après lesdits travaux. Si vous désirez du calme ou du design contemporain, renseignez-vous d'abord sur l'état d'avancement de ce chantier.

Le service et la qualité du cocktail La stupidité et la nonchalance de l'accueillant le 15 août. Même un jour férié il est possible de renseigner les clients sur les endroits où il est possible de diner vers 21 h.

Je suis arrivée malade, et, ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse, le concierge à appelé sos medecin , et, a décidé de lui- même de me donner une chambre près de l'ascenseur ! Au restaurant, j'ai eu ce que je pouvais manger ! La réputation de l'accueil français n'est pas confirmée pour moi : bravo La remontée du garage est périlleuse pour des gens agés, et, chargés, les quelques marches à franchir, pour atteindre l'ascenseur, ne sont pas faites pour les valises à roulettes, même performantes ! un plan incliné serait bienvenu !

La situation, un confort satisfaisant en dépit d'une décoration ancienne (mais en cours de rénovation) Certaines prestations hors de prix : le petit déjeuner et le garage, tout particulilèrement (bien qu'il soit très pratique, vu les contraintes de stationnement en ville). Le restaurant est aussi cher pour la Province, l'hôtel aussi n'est pas bien placé en qualité/prix, y compris dans les Oceania. En fait ce sont des prix parisiens.
