La situation de l'hôtel est idéale au centre ville de clermont-ferrand. L'accueil est correct et le personnel disponible. La chambre était très petite avec les wc dans la salle de bain. La literie était assez fatiguée. |

L'hôtel veillit très mal.De plus on peut comprendre qu'un hôtel cherche a faire des économies d'énergie mais elles ne doivent pas se faire au détriment du niveau d'éclairement.Franchement cet hôtel n'est pas au niveau des autres Mercure en terme d'accueil et d'équipement. |

la situation centrale et l'ouverture 24h sur 24h et le petit dejeuner complet et la gentillese du personnel du restaurant A l'arrivée, le personnel d'accueil n'était pas avenant. Mais ce n'est peut-être qu'une exception ponctuelle.Mais c'est dommage, car c'est la vitrine de l'hôtel! Je ne trouve pas normal que le parking soit payant par rapport au tarif de la chambre. |
