1) The reception area was a building site - bare concrete, cables, 10 workmen, drilling. Staff claimed that if I booked on Booking.com this had been advised. It was not. 2) we had great difficulty in finding hotel with SatNav. Staff on phone gave a wrong address. They should simply have said 'Av. C de Gaulle'. In the end we hired a taxi and followed him at cost of eur18.00 No discount offered for inconvenience. Also informed that there is a 5-star hotel in Clermont- fd: the Victoria, not listed on Booking.com. Awful !!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and user friendly. It will be great when the renovations are done. A coffee maker in the room would have been divine.

Great room - comfy beds, seperate WC from bathroom, spacious, very clean lines throughout, great roomy shower...... ........in short almost the perfect hotel room.........if only it had a safety deposit box! The only down side to the hotel.

The rooms a newly decorated clean and charming The was no mini bar in the room, bar closes at 22:30, no vending machine or near by shop So if you weak up thirsty in the middle of the night you have to go dowen and ask the reception for water room service "poor"

Very Clean Room. Excellent bathroom. Good sheets & bed. Lighting. Free WiFi. (Charged at Sheraton) Better value room than Paris Sheraton. You need to give clear directions to foreign travellers how to access the hotel by car. (one way system can be confusing when using Sat/Nav) I had two large heavy suitcases, better to have a ramp up from the carpark to the lift rather than stairs

L'emplacement en centre ville. Le niveau de la chambre et la qualité de la literie. L'hotel étant en travaux, il était difficile de juger l'ensemble de l'hôtel . Accueil en peu froid. Manque un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bains.

La chambre est design relativement confortable Je n ai pas apprécie l hotel en travaux sans être averti très clairement,un agent d accueil désagréable souhaitant me facture des services non demandé.mais aussi le bruit lié au travaux

Confort très bien. s d b très agréable. Restauration très bien. Il manque dans les chambres un point boisson (thé café tisane ) des chaînes d hôtel, à prix bcp + abordable,le proposent. Le prix du petit dej est trop élevé , 17€. très commun,ne justifie pas son prix.10€semblerait + approprié.

Dommage qu'il ya encore toujours des travaux dans l'hotel. La derniere fois il y avais de travaux dans le restaurant. Maintenant dans toute la hall de la reception. Pas super sympa de dejeuner avec le bruit des marteaux piquer. Faudra l indiquer sur le net.

La gentillesse du personnel Les travaux débutent à 9-00. l accueil était quasi inaccessible! à 6-13 l alarme incendie se met en route et a sonné pendant 10min. Le prix de la chambre est le même avec ou sans travaux!
