Good buffet breakfast provided. Hotel had its own free parking near entrance. Reception staff helpful in suggesting restaurants in the City Centre (about 10 mins by car away). Internet (but need to pay) available in room. Hotel bathroom had some maintenance problems (basin couldn't drain water) which had not been sorted out before moving in. Otherwise, no other problems. |

It was what I expected of a Novotel near an airport. Signage to find the hotel could be clearer. Road system was complicated & signage was poor. |

We were using it as an overnight stop-over hotel on route to our main destination, it was well placed for the motorway system and easy to find. The room was comfortable and clean. We did not use any other of the facilities |

The staff were very helpful directing us to various sites. The children liked the free cuddly toy they were given Room was not as clean as I would have expected- the blankets on the bed were quite old with holes, however as an overnight stay it was acceptable, but I would not stay any longer. We were also given a top floor room despite having young children and luggage which was not particularly child friendly despite this we stayed in another novotel near Paris and found this to be fantastic- food, room and much better value for money so would use a novotel hotel again |

La lobby, la receptione e il salone della colazione. L'hotel ha un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera che mi è stata assegnata (pian terreno) non ha nulla di più o di meglio ( a parte qualche metro di spazio) rispetto agli hotel più economici dello stesso gruppo. Il bagno ha un pavimento di lineolum ( finto parquet) un'improbabile porta pieghevole ed i sanitari di vecchia concezione con scarico a pavimento. Le parti comuni sono effettivamente ristrutturate mentre le camere sembrano essere state un po' ritoccate per sembrare nuove. |

Een hotel die mooi in de omgeving van Clermont Ferrand ligt en daarom heerlijk rustig was. Alles in dit hotel ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. |

Hotel in nabijheid van de snelweg, gemakkelijk te vinden maar gelegen midden in een bedrijfszone. Goed voor één overnachting onder weg , maar ook niet meer, het is zeker geen verblijfshotel. De pas gerenoveerde kamer was uitstekend. Maaltijd was beneden alle niveau. Zowel op vlak van aanbod gerechten als op vlak van de kwaliteit is de keuken dat soort hotel onwaardig. Enkel opgewarmde gerechten op het randje van de fast-foodkwaliteit. De aangeboden rosé huiswijn was ronduit slecht en niet koud. Het ontbijtbufet was matig. |

Insgesamt eine ansprechende Anlage mit Außenpool, Liegen und Wiese. Gutes Essen auf der Restaurantterrasse, aber ziemlich teuer. Für eine Nacht geeignet. Trotz Navi etwas schwer zu finden. Zimmer war etwas abewohnt und es stank ziemlich. Wir hatten ein Raucherzimmer bestellt, aber in keinem anderen Hotelzimmer jemals solch einen Mief erlebt. Mit etwas Lüften wurde die Luft besser, aber das Fenster konnte nicht offen bleiben wegen des Straßenlärms und der Klimaanlage, die auch nur wenig zur Temperatursenkung beitrug. |

Personnel attentif et tres agreable,aucune fausse note pour l ensemble du personnel, c est pas souvent !! Situation geographique de l hotel, pour un vaccancier l hotel est tres mal indiqué. Il n est pas simple de s y retrouvé lorsque l on est pas de clermont |

Vlakbij de afrit van de snelweg. Een van de weinige hotels in de buurt met buitenzwembad én mooie kinderspeeltuin. Modern ingericht. Een in principe wat duurder etappehotel, maar dankzij een aanbieding goede prijs-kwaliteit. Airco, ramen hoeven niet open en dus geen last van de snelweg. |
