The hotel has a 4 star rating which is at least 2 stars too high. The motorway (m20)was shut which delayed our journey and our arrival the restaurant was closed as it was 22.15hrs, there was no room service therefore we could not eat until breakfast. The breakfast room and food was basic to say the least. We would not recommend this hotel to our friends. The building and grounds were impressive but unfortunately that is the only thing which we would wish to remember about our stay |

The reception was extremely welcoming and the room was very tastefully decorated and very spacious and exceedingly clean. An extremely relaxing and comfortable stay The restaurant was very good but it was a pity that the speciality entree was not typically french cusine but more like chinese food which one does not expect in such a beautifil hotel restaurant. Howver the rest of the dinner was superb. |

The location is excellent and the grounds are first class. Having stayed at the hotel on several occasions over the last couple of years I feel that the price has gone up considerably but the facilities have stayed much the same.The price of the breakfast is starting to border on the ridiculous and for that reason I will probably book elsewhere in future. |

Very helpful & friendly staff. Distinctive bedroom in main house. Excellent furnishings in bedroom & superb bathroom.Very quiet & relaxing.Food quite expensive but good service, well presented and quality ingredients. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been nice. Carpets in bedroom needed deep cleaning. |

De charme van de locatie (kasteelgebouw) met tuin errond en het zeer lekkere eten in het restaurant. De aangeboden promotiekamers in het oudere cottage gedeelte zijn ok, maar ook niet meer dan dat. |

Hotel ligt omgeven door een mooie tuin. Personeel is vriendelijk. Eingen Parkeerterrein Kamer wel charmnant maar niet erg up-to-date. Hotel mag zowel binnen als buitenkant eel likje verf krijgen. Bij ontbijt wordt al meerdere malen gevraagd of men om s'avonds daar wilt dineren. Met de opmerking dat het al bij is volgoeboekt. Blijkt dan s' avonds helemaal niet. |

Een heerlijke omgeving met een mooi hotel en mooie kamers. De bediening is vriendelijk en attent en er kan heerlijk worden gegeten. De prijzen voor ontbijt en diner zijn erg prijzig en niet in verhouding met de kwaliteit die wordt gegeven. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, netheid van de kamers en het domein zelf.Het restaurant was van superieure kwaliteit ( bediening en gerechten) De verhouding prijs/aangeboden ontbijt en de wijnkaart viel voor sommige wijnen zeer duur uit. |
