Hôtel Clos Fleuri  

Restaurant open on Sundays evenings, good Cassoulet (local specialty). Bar service off hours. Very good staff. Due to the weather, we couldn't use the pool and garden but they looked inviting.

The hotel is some 1.5 km from the centre, down a busy road.

Helpful staff. Good food.

Not convenient without a car.

Old room.We woke up full of flee bites.. Poor breakfast . Croissants were a couple of days old. Do not book.

A very good restaurant for a two-star hotel. The swimming pool was great after a long hot day cycling. Staff were attentive and very pleasant.

Only reserved one room instead of the two we booked through booking.com. Only managed to find space through no show guest. Quite worrying after travelling all day

great value for our 1 night stay en route to toulouse airport after a week elsewhere, just a stroll to excellent restaurant up the road called 'le tirou' which I cannot recommend enough; our best meal in france. whatever hotel clos fleuri lacks in luxury and charm is compensated for by a meal here. we were travelling with 4 kids so it was great to get one big family room in france with three double beds - wasn't anywhere else in the area that i could find which allowed us do this

Although it was out of the town centre, there was easy access to the Canal du Midi at the back of the hotel, and a pleasant tree-lined walk along the towpath to Castelnaudary. Along the way you pass the Saint Roch set of 4 locks where it is interesting to watch the boats progressing through. The hotel has its own restaurant with a small but excellent menu, with a tasty Cassoulet as a speciality. The staff were friendly and helpful and we particularly enjoyed talking to Aisha. On a techie note, the wi-fi was the fastest we encountered of the 6 stops we made during our holiday.

room was pretty basic but food good and staff good

L'accueil. Situé à proximité du canal du Midi car nous randonnions. La météo ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser la piscine et la terrasse, une autre fois ?

Seul point faible, l'isolation pho,ique du couloir, mais pas catastrophique non plus.

Vooral de persoonlijke benadering door de familie was erg vriendelijk en goed.

Les proprietaires et le personnel tres agreables et serviable. Nous avons pris un repas excellent le macaron framboise basilic inoubliable.

La décoration est un peu spartiate et mériterait une mise à jour pour donner plus de charme aux chambres, sinon rien.

Les difficultés d'acces depuis le canal du midi : il serait idéal d'avoir un petit chemin accedant directement au canal pour les vélos: cela eviterait de faire un crochet par la rn113 toujours dangereuse

L'accueil chaleureux des gérants et leur grande disponibilité vis à vis des clients. Literie très confortable. Salle à manger décorée simplement mais avec goût. Repas de qualité.
