The sheer luxury of having clean sheets on every day of a three day stay. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Shame it doesn't have a restaurant,it would have been nice to have dined there as well.

Absolutely nothing!!! I was very disapointed - I found the hotel on the internet while driving to Sarlat. It looked on the intenet as luxury and the price also indicated it to be a fantastic place, even the photos were nice. Coming to the hotel with no easy parking, long walk to the old city and awful furniture. I have styed at many luxury hotels in the world. Your hotel does not come even close!! My husband and me stayed at the suite B... and the only positive word I can use is, that the bed was good.

La chambre Commarque est une vrai bonbonnière. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Environnement chaud. On reviendra si on nous met dans une chambre sans les inconvénients cités en dessous. Nous avons été obligé de changer de chambre à cause d'odeur nauséabonde(chambre Castelnaud). Dans la chambre commarque la vmc est très bruyante(surtout la nuit) à revoir.

La piscine est agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles et encore moins d'un 5 étoiles. C'est 1 bon 3 étoiles. Le petit-déj : des viennoiseries réchauffées en direct du supermarché, du pain tellement dur qu'il est impossible de le couper! Le service inexistant! souvent personne à la réception. C'est un peu excentré.

Silence et confort Le menage de la chambre (le lendemain de notre arrivee) n'a pas ete fait jsuqu'au soir en raison nous a-t-on dit du fait que l'hotel etait complet et donc beaucoup de travail pour le personnel de chambres !!! rapport qualite des services/ situation geographique/prix de la chambre excessif : aussi cher qu'un grand hotel de luxe parisien alors que nous ne sommes qu'a sarlat !

L'accueil du personnel est excellent. Chambre agréable, grand lit Pas de parking! Prix trop élevé (210€ la nuit tout de même) par rapport aux prestations offertes: piscine couverte à l'exterieur de l'hôtel, équipement de salle de bain insuffisant pour justifier le prix (plafond en dalles type bureau, robinetterie douche en plastique, baignoire à jets endommagée).

Das Zimmer war ausserordentlich gut und gepflegt Die Lage des Hotels ist scheusslich direkt zwischen zwei Strassen. Der "Park" ist ein kleiner hässlicher Garten . Den Pool , ein kleines überdachtes Pfützchen , wird mit dem nachbarhotel geteilt.

Bon établissement, bien placé par rapport au centre historique sauf problème voir ci -dessous ma remarque. Un problème de bruit dans la chambre que nous avions , j'ai été réveillé 2 fois en cours de nuit suite au bruit du déplacement dans leur chambre des personne à l'étage supérieur, ce n'est pas acceptable pour du niveau 4 étoiles !

Son emplacement par rapport au centre ville de Sarlat chambre bruyante, bruit de la rue + bruit de pas des résidents de l'étage du dessus.Petit déjeuner onéreux pour sa qualité et le choix des ingrédients. le jardin calme est plus une courette entre 2 rues bruyantes.

Es un hotel comodo tranquilo y lujoso, las habitaciones son comodas y muy amplias con unas cama grande y muy confortable. Los desayunos son buenos pero un poco caros. Por do demas es un buen hotel.

La ubicación, el personal es muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la reseva y no solo no nos pusieron ninguna pega, sino que nos dieron una habitacion superior a la que habiamos reservado. Solo puedo decir que es un hotel con un encanto espaecial.

Le confort de notre chambre étais parfait. Chambre tres grande. Ideal pour plusieur jour. L'acceuil bien qu'insuffisant est charmant. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport a la ville Acceuil insuffisant pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner mais un serveur qui prend commande, ce qui limite le choix. La piscine est partagée avec un autre hôtel et son accès n'est pas simple donc nous ne l'avont pas testée. Notre chambre étai prévu avec terrasse privative. Trés bien mais aucune discrétion car vue directe sur la terrasse depuis le hall d'acceuil.

Chambre très confortable Hôtel très petit et donc des services et un personnel très réduit. La dépose bagage lors d'une arrivée en voiture est problématique: il n'y a pas de garage ou de parking( le parking de l’hôtel est à 200m) mais pas d'emplacement pour garer la voiture 5mn. Inconvénient faible:pas de restaurant mais il y en a beaucoup à Sarlat.

Beautiful and spacious room with all the modern amenities. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, plush towels and designer toiletries. Relaxing grounds around the hotel with a pool and lounging area. Perfect location, about a 10 minute walk into the old town, and close to a wonderful restaurant. Couldn't ask for better!

המלון משופץ וחדיש. החדר ענק והשרותים מדהימים. ממוקם מחוץ לעיר העתיקה סרלה במרחק 7 דקות הליכה ללב העיר. מהווה נקודת יציאה מצוינת לטיולים בעמק הדורדון.ניתן למצא בקלות חניה חינם בסמוך למלון. לא אכלנו במלון ואיננו יכולים לחוות דעה על ארוחת הבוקר שלו. המראה החיצוני של המלון אינו מרשים אך הפנים מדהים ומפצה על כך.

Mooi hotel. Keurige kamer met airco. Goede service van vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad erbij, waar we helaas geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt vanwege het minder goede weer. De ligging van het hotel t.o.v. het oude centrum van Sarlat is prima: ruim 5 minuten lopen. De prijs van het hotel is niet echt laag: 210 euro per nacht. Ik vind het daarom wat overdreven dat je voor het parkeren op het privé parkeerterrein vlak bij het hotel nog apart moet betalen.

La qualité de l'accueil, la chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le côté très "cosy"de l'ensemble de l'hôtel D'après la description internet j'avais eu l'impression que l'hôtel était situé au coeur même de la vieille ville. Or il n'est pas loin, mais tout de même à la sortie de la ville

La habitación era confortable y tenía de todo. Me parece que un hotel de 5 estrellas requiere de algo más. El edificio no es nada destacable, se entra por el mismo sitio que a otro hotel y no está en el centro de Sarlat. Por 250€ la noche, el hotel carece de cualquier encanto especial.
