Good location and good value for money for Paris. Very comfortable stay, staff were helpful when asked questions.
Cute hotel. But the staff was barely helpful. The lobby was cute. Location was pretty handy.
Our room was stuffy and we had to keep our windows open. But there were drunk people yelling and partying outside the windows every night. The room was so tiny my husband and I barely fit in it. The staff only extended "kindness" when we insisted on it. Not our favorite hotel during our travels.
The room was nicely decorated and the bath updated. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee delicious ( I meant to ask how they made it and what kind they used!)
The stained wood in the lobby and elevator could use a touch up of stain and sealer. That's the only fault I noticed, otherwise the hotel was terrific!
Very quaint, good address clean and comfortable.
Excellent value, very friendly and professional staff, great central location and clean room with good quality breakfast
Smell from en-suite caused by poor shower door design
The staff is very nice and helpful. Great breakfast, food is fresh and healthy. Coffee is excellent! Walking distance to many beautiful places. Pantheon, Luksemburg park, Museum Cluny, Church of Saint Genevieve, Sorbonne in few min walking distance. Next time will stay in this Hotel again.
Location, close to Luxenmbourg station. Walking distance to main sites. Ease of use of metro, trains. Staff helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean, and comfy beds.
Staff were fantastic, room was lovely (small) but that was the expectation. Breakfast was excellent. Great start before seeing more of France. Worth every cent Thank you Les Cos Medicis
The room was nice and great location. One staff member was very lovely and helpful.
The staff member we got when we arrived wasn't very friendly and madde for a negative start, he remained unhelpul. Our room had changed when we arrived, the said it was due to an upgrade, however, our view of the courtyard had been exchanged for a street and it was next to a room under construction so I don't know why that happened.
Location is great, right next to Jardin du Luxembourg. Room is small but very functional.
No kettle for boiling water, no tea and coffee making facilities. No balcony or French door, where most of the other hotels would have one.
Close to Notre Dame, Louvre, and not too far to walk to other attractions (if you are fit!). Interesting restaurants in area. Staff most cooperative and helpful.
No amenities for making own coffee/tea in room.
Nice location, really close to the tub station. Wi-fi included with good connection. Well cleaned and nice service.
Lovely entrance, very warm and helpful staff, delightful outdoor patio area for breakfast and brilliantly located for our favourite bits of Paris!
Efficient friendly hotel Air conditioning Good location Good value for money
Small lift, lack of space Smallish rooms
Nice rooms, very clean, good location in St. Germain area, and very close to Rer B station Luxembourg, many good places to eat close by (check out Polidor, just two blocks down on the same street). Staff responsive to our AC leak in our bathroom, Room is small, but it is Paris and was nice.
Staff not up to date on metro/Rer line shutdowns. We discovered that Rer C was closed for construction where Rer B meets it at Notre-Dame the hard way. Then later heard staff giving couple directions to Rer C this way. I informed them of how to actually get to Rer C. I expect local Parisians to be in the know about the many temporary metro/rer shutdowns that occur in the city.
This is a small but charming hotel. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were extremely helpful with booking dinner reservations, finding transport to the airport and making our stay a lovely experience. Bravo to them!
Location was excellent.
Location, location. Staff helpful.
NO TEA OR COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. UNFORGIVABLE. Wifi dropped out every time computer switched off and had to be relogged. Not the simplest procedure encountered.
good position, friendly staff
rooms small but is probably the same in other places in Paris
Staff were very helpful, great location, room was just what we needed for our short stay.
Very specially, the good reading lamps the comfortable bed and good linen. The room was spacious, quiet, with a window to a charming garden. Nice bathroom.
The conection with the WF was not good
Location, boutique feel, patio
Must check room keys in and out every time
Fantastic location of course. Small and intimate with a lovely staff that was ready to help us with everything we needed. All the big sights just a walking distance away and if you were going further the metro was also very close. The hotel itself was clean and orderly and the room furnished cosily. Would definitely stay again.
We asked for gluten free bread beforehand and upon arrival after confirming we were going to have breakfast at the hotel, they indeed successfully got a few different kinds of gluten free drybread/crackers for us.
