Small rooms, one towel, poor buffet, loud, dirty, burned bacon, ......... All of it was pretty bad, stairs narrow and bad footsteps ........ ALL OF IT

Our room was more like an apartment - with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The whole complex was beatiful, pool was big and clean, the beach just a few steps from the bar, friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, except the weather.

Excellent location - excellent restaurant with very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great selection of food.

We were not very happy with our room as it was dark and had no air conditioning. I wrongly assumed that this would be available in all rooms so perhaps it should be made clear on the website.

The hotel itself its very nice, big, nice pool, restaurant, acces to the beach. If you go with family it is good.

The room its quite old, and the balconies are very close to each other. For few nichts its ok. Simple but clean.

Great hotel with perfect location, nice beach, excellent food. Amazing animation, esp.dancing girls. Staf is profesional and friendly.

no air in bathroom, so the room is very wet esp.after taking the shower. All wet goes to the room.

Tous services inclus! Chambre, petit déjeuner buffet très copieux, animations, piscine splendide avec aquagym leçons de natation etc...Cadre magnifique avec vue imprenable sur la Baie d'Ajaccio. Plage privée attenante, avec service de plagiste, transats, parasols gratuits et mise à dispositions de kayaks de mer et autres embarcations.

Selon la réception, Booking ne vend que des chambres standard, donc sans clim! L'isolation thermique étant mauvaise, la chambre se transforme en étuve dans la journée, même volets fermés. (Je connais bien, j'habite la côte d'azur sans clim, mais ma maison garde la fraicheur sans problème volets et fenêtres fermés dès 9h le matin ). De plus l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier de Porticcio animé la nuit avec Clubs et soirées animées en plein air. Si l'animation musicale de l'hôtel se termine à minuit, les boites et bars du coin ferment plutôt vers 1h ou 2h du matin. Donc, fenêtres ouvertes, difficile de trouver le sommeil. Je reviendrai mais avec chambre climatisée, il y en a, mais pas sur Booking!

Close to the beach. Big swimming pool. Amazing breakfast buffet. Excellent evening buffet. Lots of entertainment provided for families. Table tennis facilities. Possibility to book outside excursions through the hotel. Good location - very near bars and restaurants.

No double bed - 2 single beds pushed together. Could be noisy at night.

The atmosphere and the idea of separate buildings for guests instead of one main building. Also being close to the beech .

They didn't support drinking water, and it was so hot and you need to drink all the time, but pay for each bottle of water.

You need a car to get around. The room was simple but very noisy at night due to a night club close to the hotel

I liked its closeness to everything, beach, ample space and parking, extremely helpful staff, especially for an anglophone. The food at the restaurant was also good, especially the brownie cake. I was here on business, so I did not have the opportunity to experience the other services that the hotel and surrounding area had to offer. I will stay here again if I return to Ajaccio on business or vacation.

There is no internet access in all the rooms, there is wifi in the common areas, so unless your room is next to a common area you will not have any internet. I was here on business, so for me this was a bit of a nuisance. However, those on vacation may appreciate the quasi disconnect from the outside world and relax. There were ants in my room, but it became obvious to me that the hotel was working on that. I saw that the housemaids were working on this on a daily basis. I found that not eating in bed helped the issue too.

Durch zwei Regentage waren wir über unseren schattigen Balkon nicht so glücklich. Sollte im Juli-August kein Problem sein. Kleine Zimmer.

Horrible chambre avec taches sur la moquette, rideau de douche médiocre,dérouleur papier toilette tout rouillé, sombre et petite. Nous avons demandé à étre remboursé puisque nous payons à l'arrivée, du coup nous avons eu une autre chambre dans un immeuble récent et là rien à dire c'était une superbe chambre; c'est bien dommage car le club est trés bien sinon mais nous ne serions pas restés dans la première chambre.

Chambre trés bruillante en raison porte communicante avec l'autre chambre. On se croyait à vivre à plusieurs. Toiles d'araignées au mur. Moisissure dans sdb. Etablissement ne mérite pas un 3 étoiles.

Chambres en rdc humides, montant des portes moisis, ustensile qui protège le papier toilette rouillé, impossible de suivre la balle de tennis entre deux joueurs de roland garros= télé trop petite

la chambre et la salle de bains, petites et défraichies, ne méritent aucune étoile !

Excellents buffets (nourriture) Personnel aimable. Bonne situation au départ d'excursions dans la région. WIFI gratuit dans les parties communes.

Chambre triste et sombre et pas de lumière électrique suffisante. Pas de vue mer. Quartier bruyant. Bâtiments austères, tristes. Pas de table dans la chambre pour pose ses affaires. Pas de sèche-cheveux, il faut le demander à la réception. Pas d'ascenseur.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit à l'hôtel Marina Viva. Le personnel est aux petits soins : rappel sur mon portable pour me dire que la chambre était prête plus tôt que prévue; installation sans supplément dans une chambre avec vue sur mer alors que nous avions bénéficié d'une réservation à coût réduit (75 €) et enfin un buffet pour le dîner du soir d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous y retournerons certainement
