The location is excellent. Noise is not a problem due to soundproof windows and airconditioning. The rooms are too small and there's no elevator going to the first floor. The beds (twin room) are uncomfortable. |

One of the best locations in Paris. The staff was nice, the room was clean. The internet is free and good enough. 5 minutes after reservation they called me to verify about the bed for the baby. I liked to stay there very much. The room was a little bit small if you want to stay in the room for all day. But with the location like that there is no reason to be in the room for too long. |

Hotel Cluny is very well located in Cartier Latin, and for a great price (€70/a night via booking.com). Our room was small but nice, bathroom was good, although a shower curtain could be handy to avoid a water balllet. The staff was friendly and he breakfast €9 was worth its money. Breakfast area/foyer was a little too small if 10-15 people want to have breakfast at the same time. |

Location. Location. Location! Room was rather well worn: peeling wallpaper, cracked plaster, etc. (but at least it was very clean) |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. For being in the city center, the rooms were pretty well sound proofed Very small rooms - ok for a couple - not good for extra bed |

The location of the hotel is just excellent for making city trips! If you will have luck to get the room 504, you will be able to see Le Tour Eiffel from your balcony... Thanks to the wonderfull weather, hotel choice we spent 6 marvellous days in Paris. |

i would like to mention about your rooms + toilets. it was clean and very nice. To be very frank, during my stay in Cluny Square except Nadia (reception staff ) i find difficulties. Bcz some of your staff was not much friendly i dont want to mention their name. you need to hire some more staff to help the visitors to transfer their bagage from ground floor to repective rooms. Every hotels in the world have this facility except your hotel. |

The location was great and we appreciated that the staff was nice enough to let us switch hotels. We ended up switching to another hotel after the first night, as the room and hotel interior were cramped, shabby, and not nearly as nice as the hotel website suggested. We were disappointed that this hotel was listed as a three star as we saw nicer two stars during our stay. We were looking for a quaint, simple hotel, but Cluny Square didn't even live up to that. Bad mattresses!!! |

The location is fantastic, very close to Notre Dame and other sights. Close access to the metro makes it easy to get around. We only stayed one night, but it was very good. |

We only used the hotel for sleeping because we were exploring paris,we only came into contact with the staff checking in and out and handing our keys in and getting them back.We had no complaints the room had everything you would need and what a great location.A good 3 star Hotel. If i must moan,it would have been nice if there were tea making facilities in the room. |

well positioned, friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were seamless. it is at the cross-road of St Germain and St-Michel boulevards, so there is noice from the street. But it did not bother us that much. |

Fantastic location - that's by far it's standout feature. The room itself was quite small, but adequate for those who are ok with no-frills accommodations. |
