The location of the hotel is good ( near underground, restaurants etc. ). The room was very noicy and it was too small, there was no room for a normal size suitcase! The price is absolutely too high ( should be 50% less ), "the breakfast" is not included and 9€ must be payed separately. The personnel should also smile more often. |

Location is perfect for many of paris's attractions and a wide range of restaurants Breakfast not included is not helpful. Also the shower had a 26cm step down to floor which is dangerous. Safe in room not working for entire stay meant that we had to carry passorts ,cash and valuables when out of hotel. Website states that the hotel has recently been refurbished. This was not obvious - it appeared to be in same condition when we were last there several years ago. |

Location by far the most positive aspect in the heart of the latin quarter close to Notre Dame, Luxembourg gardens and Pantheon No shower curtain, noisy position at junction of two main thoroughfares |

the location dirty, noisy, small room, extraordinary small bathroom, old furnitures, you can perfectly ear people speaking in the other rooms and any car on the street. It doesn't even deserve 1 star |

The location was excellent as it was right next to the Metro station as we could anywhere in Paris very quickly and also many interesting places were within walking distance. There was no lift from the street level to the reception floor and so we had to carry our luggage up a very small spiral staircase. |

We were staying two days in Paris this hotel on the way home from Rome. The location of the hotel is excellent: right on Blvd. St Michel (new Metro and RER train to airport), easy access to all Quartier Latin, Louvre, Opera, etc. Room is spacious (by Paris standard) with small balcony, very clean, complimentary good WiFi internet access. Good value for the price that was well below list price |

The location is fantastic, in the heart of Paris close to all kind of restaurant and night life pub, even if I complety disagrre about the price quality of the hotel Taking into consideration the price of the Hotel, I'm really disappointed about the quality, as follow -Very small room and bathroom - Smelly rooms - The breakfast is not for a three star Hotel -The bed wasn’t double but only 1 1/2 I think that it could be a good hotel at the half of the priceand due to this fact i can not advise this hotel |

the location 1. it took over 4 days to get the TV in one of the rooms functioning, 2. it took 5 days to get lightbulbs replaced 3. our laundry item got stuck somewhere, unwashed 4. we had to wash dirt smears off the walls 5. there is a round, narrow stairway from the street to the reception with no help with the luggage, which was very strenious |

Location location location. metro at doorstep The entrance is unnoticeable. Not only it is very small. There is no bunting or hotel sign that you are going to pass the hotel already. yes I also saw the biggg sign in the ads, but that's sticked on the second floor facing the square not the guests who walked on the pedestrian! |

Kind welcoming staff. It was in a great location, close to the metro. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. That the price didn't include breakfast. |

The reception staff were really nice. We had arrived by overnight train to Paris, haggard-looking and we were allowed to check in a bit earlier than the rules to rest. Thank goodness for human kindness! The location of Cluny Square is also pretty awesome - it's right in the busy section of Paris (don't worry; it's not loud at night) with tons of restaurants and boutiques around for those that like to eat and shop. Notre Dame is literally 5 minutes away. Also, if you get the right room, you can see Eiffel Tower lit up at night :). |

Excellent location! Really nice to be able to stand at our window or outside on the balcony and see the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Staff was personable and helpful. A nice room that was very affordable! |

Location was excellent...right next to the metro...easily to get to airport and other locations...loads of rest & Very close to Notre Dame. Great hotel for the money. Spacious and clean. And amazingly quiet for the location. Not enough light in the bathroom....shower was dark if you took a shower at night. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is very close to RER/Metro station, also to all main attractions. Notre-Dame is only 5 minutes away on foot. We stayed on the fourth floor and two big trees next to hotel made our room very private. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room had only one chair. The room is not very big so there is not much room for the second chair, however, having a folding chair would be good if two people having breakfast in the room. |

The location was perfect, close to metro and Jardin de Luxembourg. It as also great value for money. Staff were very pleasant. Noise! Lots of traffic and street noise but the patio doors blocked a lot out. Room were tiny but little time was spent there anyway. |

The hotel was at the top of the stairs from the metro stop in Paris, very easy to locate and very well marked. Even though it was on the main street it was very quiet with double glazed windows. Very small room but all we needed Could not have been in a better spot! The streets behind it were full of eating places and had a very festive atmosphere. We were two minutes away from Notre Dam and the Seine , in an excellent position. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we had a problem with the air conditioner they sugggested moving rooms. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the hair dryer. Bed was comfortable with a nice pillow. The location is excellent for getting a feel of the old Paris, and near to almost everything you would want to see on a 1st or 2nd visit. Very, very clean with nice linens. Of course, room was smaller than accustomed to, but this is Paris so it was fine for the price. |

When you stay at Cluny Square, you are paying for the location. The Hotel is nicely located on Bd. Saint Michelle just 10 meters of Bd. Saint Germain. The area is very nice, full of restaurants and cafes. The staff is very very nice. You have to go up one flight of stairs to reach the lobby (No elevator). Once you reach the lobby, there are two tiny elevators that will take you up to your room. Also, the hallways are very very small. You can't walk around freely with your big luggage. These arent really bad things though. I mean I payed 85 euros for one night. I knew the hotel wasn't going to be perfect. But for 85 euros, it is very well worth it. |
