Location and parking Attitude of maitre d' .......indifferent, seemed very reluctant to be of service to foreigners unlike reception staff who were helpful.Meal and drinks were not value for money ....£8.50 for a very poor gin and tonic! It might help if bar staff knew how to mix a gin and tonic and serve red wine at room temperature.We would not recommend the restaurant.

It was a good standard throughout and the restaurant and food was perfect for our purposes. The room was too warm when the window was closed to avoid the traffic noise and duvets are not adjustable for temperature. It was too hot to use the duvet as a full cover so we would much prefer blankets and sheets and they work for all different types of people.

Comfortable hotel in quiet location Hotel staff seemed distracted and in the restaurant in the evening felt a little uncomfortable as staff seemed under pressure, especially the chef.

Reception and restaurant welcoming and professional. Hotel, part of a former Gauloises cigarette factory, is well placed for an overnight stop off the A20 motorway. Parking is secure and not expensive. A bonus: the restaurant is excellent. Beware of rooms like ours, with a spare bunk bed above the main double bed: it is all too easy to crack your head, which I did.

Tres bel endroit, chambre duplex très confotable , excellent restaurant . Endroit agréable et le personnel parfait. Seul fausse note due à Booking qui n'à pas transmit à l'hotel la modification de la date du séjour malgré un mail attestant cela...heureusement il restait une chambre !!!!

La gentillesse du personnel Le repas délicieux du soir L'ambiance tamisée de la salle de restaurant. Une chose que nous n'avons pas appréciée ni mon mari ni moi-même: les oeufs brouillés au petit déjeuner ainsi que l'absence de fromages comme le philadelphia ou encore le st moret.
