All is perfect
Very helpful staff. Exceeded all expectations with their help when leaving passports in the room, and only finding out once at the airport!!
Finally find myself home :-)
Nothing that I don't like
Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great location, good parking.
Cost of room, dinner and in room water extortionate. 38 Euros for 500ml water in room, how ridiculous.
Good facelity. Uitstanding service.
Will be much better if in the room has more/extra power points/plug boxes
Well located, large rooms, comfy beds, ac is quiet and works well.
We didn't know that the spa (hence pool, gym and esthetic spa) were all closed for renos. Had requested my guests names to be included on the reservation, and they were not, so they could not check in before I arrived, several hours later. House keeping didn't service the room until 7pm on the second evening, just as we were trying to get ready for our dinner out. Used drink glasses were left, and no towels in the room. We called for towels to be brought up, but none arrived for quite some time. Fairly minor issues. I would still go back.
We love France and Paris in particular, therefore we found the sterile atmosphere of this hotel, which totally missed the sophistication and je ne sais quoi of Paris, to be extremely disappointing. Good location.
Boring! Good place for people who don't enjoy travel and want everything to be like an american hotel. We found the Hotel bar to be uninviting and the staff far too full of themselves, extremely pretentious. The bar across the road was fantastic in comparison, much more real and relaxing.
Great location, very convenient parking, size of rooms were excellent
Waiting line for check in or check out is too long some times.
Staff nice and helpful Terrace on lounge
1-unacceptably Bad food experience at Andalus Restaurant 2-smell of room and bathroom 3-too pricy for quality
the facilities and the cleaning in addition to the great location
The reception take a very long time in checking in and out. The rooms were so small and full with the furniture. Limited privacy because of the other buildings around the hotel
location and staff
decent location. nice spa, although without adequate lockers and changing rooms.
1) hair in bed and bath. 2) long walks from room to elevator through long/uniform corridors. 3) despite "do not disturb sign" and after repeated knocking answered by "busy, don't come in" the cleaning maid just unlocks and comes into the foom anyway. Really bad service behaviour on this occasion- a sign of bad hotel management/staff training (for a 5* hotel unacceptable). otherwise friendly staff. 4) no changin room in spa (so cannot use spa after checking out) 5) late checkout only until 2pm- inflexible 6) Far too expensive for what it is; doesn't deserve 5 stars in either ambience, room size, quality (eg. smelly plumbing in bath), or service level. overpriced and mediocre- i wouldn't go there again.
Beautiful upscale feeling hotel that is very comfortable.
Not very well organized for check-in. Not the best choice in this price range.
The water supply stops between midnight and 6 am. Bath tub is broken. I strongly don't recommend.
the fact that the staff kept coming into my room and disturbing me.
, comfortable rooms luxurious entrance with reception
very small spa without swimming pool
The Person at the Front desk was very good, pleasant and accommodating. The Concierge was good but the best were the bell boys who were standing outside the hotel. they were so pleasant and so helpful.
The Housekeeping staff was not that great. The ambiance at the breakfast place was very poor and so was the breakfast. The location of the hotel was not very convenient if our primary object was to shop.
The staff was wonderful, very helpful and nice.
The rooms were a little bit dusty.
Lire the comfort of the room, the hotel garden, breakfast was excellent
People at reception were a little cold.
High level of everything. Interior and Design. Breakfast and Dinner.
Concierge Sarah and staff were fantastic and made us feel extremely welcome and organised tickets for the French Rugby Cup Final and itemised all our tube journeys so their was no wasted time. The view of Eifel tower from the room was an added bonus. My son had a great surprise present seeing his hero Jonny Wilkinson and staying in a "posh" hotel. Our thanks to all the staff.
