The people at reception were very helpful, spoke our languages (English and German) and had good recommendtaions for restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and the bar and breakfast restaurant were well served. I would recommend this hotel as a good location for exploring Colmar. |

Friendly helpful staff. Size of suite.Availability of secure parking. Town centre location. Did not like interruption each morning by housekeeping staff which could have been prevented by provision of 'Do not disturb' door hanger as is used in majority of hotels. |

Its very central location and we can walk to all the sights within minutes. Also its near to the shopping and restaurants. Can highly recommend this hotel. No. For the price we paid we cannot complain. |

The only thing that I did not like is that the room was just too small; otherwise everything was lovely and Colmar is so beautiful, such a great getaway. |

The morning employee at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel itself is well located, although on a busy street. The check-in employee at the front desk wasn't very helpful. The (only)elevator is small and slow, and I couldn't find stairs other than the ones used for emergencies. No air conditionning, and absolutely no possibilities of leaving the window opened for the loud noise of the street. |

Very close to the town centre, everything is within a very short walk. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady called Janine. Rooms were very clean but a little tatty. |

Convenient location for old town and interesting sights, but quite difficult to find by car because of one way system. Secure, underground parking with easy lift access to hotel - although for additional charge. Good breakfast, but expensive Rooms were a little tired and would benefit from renovation. Breakfast charge was excessive. |

Hotel is located right on the edge of Colmar old town - easy walking distance. Underground, secure car park. Good breakfast selection with tea/coffee made freshly for you Room was a little tired, not terrible but could probably do with a re-furb. No stairs to car park made the small, single lift a real bottleneck, especially in the morning when many people are checking in/out with luggage etc |

Breakfast was excellent, though not included. Rooms satisfactory for price, though utterly characterless. Good location for museum, etc. Hotel staff should speak more than their native language. It's an international world! |

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and secure parking for 12Euro per day. Our room was more than I had expected and we had a great time, especially so close to Christmas, everything was perfect. Breakfast was expensive but we weren't looking for breakfast so no problem there. |
