We booked 3 rooms and appreciated having them on the same floor. We were looking for a more typical Alsacian hotel but there were no rooms available. So we were glad to book at Mercure Centre Unterlinden which is very well located. 1St floor would need to be redecorated !! Old fashioned moquette & furniture. Information at the reception counter could be improved for tourists.

Great location for a fair price, very compfortable and big bed. Poor noise insultation, old smoke smells in the floor hallway (but not in the room), stains on the carpet in the room

The room was spacious and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great to go to Colmar downtown. I think we walked by the train station within a few minutes, so it felt pretty close too. Taking a shower was a little of a challenge if you don't want to wet the floor too much, as the shower wall is only halfway. It's very minor however and you can always take a bath instead.The parking is tricky to reach.

The position is very close to the city center It was the end of the year and in ours rooms there was no heating! We had to ask for an elettric heater, but it was hard to take a sower in that cold. The exit of the underground parking is no good for low cars, we made some damages in going out.

The location was very good. We found the parking to be better than the reviews we read. We have a fairly big car and had no trouble with the parking and the entry/exit. The receptionist the second day was especially helpful.

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare (über 60 jährig) und waren überrascht, als es nach dem Frühstück hiess: das Frühstück für Gäste über 60-jährig sei gratis. Das war eine sehr positive überraschung und ist empfehlenswert.
