The standard is very good. The breakfast excellent. It's centrally situated. I was placed in a annex where the quality of the room was very good. But I arrived in the hotel around 22 h and needed to go out side, climb 2 stairs (no elevator) and then, once in the room, discover that I had to go all the way back to get a logg in for internet. Internet did not work at the end of the day which makes that I can not stay there again. The lamp in the bathroom did not work. They did know that but did not say anything until I mentioned it the next day.

It was in the heart of Obernai town, and was very convenient. The room was very clean with comfortable bed, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The creperie just in front of the hotel was very nice too. The room was rather small.

Location and the clean rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom drains were slow though and the hallway lights go off after a certain time which is fine but when you leave your room they do not go on until all the way down the hallway. Not safe at all!

We stopped over on our drive back to the uk from Italy in September. The hotel was situated in the middle of Obernai and had beautiful surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a good nights rest. It was lovely that our daughter had her own room with TV.All in all a lovely stay and would stay there again. The ony downside was the continental breakfast not preared to pay 12 Euro for a few slices of ham & cheese and a croissant not very appetising. There were no English channels on the tv so found it hard to relax and watch tv after being in town for dinner.

The bedroom was really nice and quite. Location was perfect. We were staying in the delux room with breakfast included. These rooms are located on the top floor providing a wonderful view of the town and landscape. The breakfast was complete and well presented. The hotel has a small wellness centre with a gym, souna and a room for massages. Althought this part of the hotel was small it has all you need if you wish to use this service, it is new and clean. The internet compare to other hotel is cheap however the connection was really bad. I was using this service with my iPhone via wifi and the connection was not stable at all.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very nice. The hotel is very centrally located. We had a fantastic dinner at Le Bistrot des Saveurs and were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Our room (number 2) was on the ground floor and right on the street. Because of the cobblestones and the location of the room, it was a bit loud.

Breakfast is good! Plenty of variety including fresh fruit and eggs which can be boiled to your taste. The receptionists speak very good English and are helpful, as are the dining room staff. All in all we rated this hotel highly and loved staying there.

We liked the room size and comfort of the bed. Romantic location of obernai. The cleanliness of the room. Entrance into car park was to tight. The view was very poor from our room. Lots of windows looking into our room, so no privacy. The double bed was two single beds pushed together and there was only two duvets, not one big one to share.

Very clean rooms, friendly design. The spa area was small, but very tidy and comfortable. Room little bit noisy, but this is usual for a hotel in a city center. The little bottles of shampoo, bath salt and shower gel were not replaced during our stay of 3 nights.

Excellent location right in the center of old town. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly staff. Prices are outrageous! We paid 135 euro for a double room for one night (Easter, but still) and that is not value for money - hotel and room is too basic for that.

“The staff were wonderful, especially Carole, at the front desk who was amazing. We had booked a room for 4 (husband, wife and our two kids) and we got this neat loft/suite, with a small living room downstairs with a double bed under the stairs, a small terrace,, and a huge room upstairs with a king and single beds, flat screen tv, and skylights.
