Great location, nice breakfast, quiet room Bed was too small, although still comfortable. We were offered a bigger one on the smoking floor, but declined. Parking garage is really poorly lit. Hard when leaving, and also initially almost backed into an overhanging part of the roof in the first spot (of 7 or so the hotel has access to) |

The hotel was extremelly clean. They prepared a little and comfortable bed for the baby. The room was also very spacious It was a smoker room but it was very clean |

I strongly recomend this hotel, if the customer wants to stay in Alsace region. Obernai is very small but very beautiful village. The winely tour of this hotel's pack was also nice. The room was clean, and the breakfast was also nice. There is no electric pot for making boiled water, and the reception was closed after 11 P.M., only in this point, we were unsatisfying. |

friendly staff - good central location - excellent breakfast as with a lot of hotels they spend a fortune on upgrades to the rooms but leave an old tele in the room that most people would have long since taken to the local tip. A good quality tele with teletext only costs about £150 now! |

The central location; helpful staff; really good breakfast; availability of internet; parking at no extra charge. It was a little noisy (from outside) but understandable given the location. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful. |

We had booked a non smoking room but we diden´t get it. So we asked if they could change our room. But they couldn´t because in all rooms smoking is alowed. |
