Le Colombier  

Very centrally located, close to parking, new rooms, nice deco. Very friendly staff.

Liked the decor of the hotel and the staff and location. Liked the breakfast as well

The hotel is new, nicely decorated with all basic facilities of a 3star and spacious rooms. Bang on the city center ideal for a city walk. Street parking is possible around the corner at a cheap fee.

Unfortunately we were not lucky, we booked a non-smoking room and ended up on a smoking room. Hotel was full and we could not be moved. Besides we got a wheelchair friendly shower with no glass protection or drainage system...conclusion, the toilet was flooded after a 5min shower. We went to the reception to ask them to send someone to clean it, which they refused because there was only had 1 staff on the hotel. Their "best solution" was to provide us with 5 bath towels to dry the floor, which obviously showed they knew the issue from before, yet they've rented the room!!! I assume the hotel can be nice, for his location and decoration but definitely NOT in room number 04!! If the management of the hotel is taking its customers seriously they should not rent room nr.04 until the shower has drainage and its usable!!

We had an excellent stay at Le Colombier; a very comfortable room with a separate sleeping part. The room was quiet, looking out on a small street with very little traffic. Although the hotel offers also a parking garage, we chose the public parking (on a Sunday it was quite empty) about 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The reception was very friendly and helpful in advising a good restaurant (there are many in the immediate vicinity!). The hotel offers a very good value for the price, and we will certainly return!

Service, silence, situation. Acceptance of animals.

The hotel is located in the center of a beautiful city, Obernai. The hotel staff was friendly and incredibly patient with us.

We stopped over on our drive back to the uk from Italy in September. The hotel was situated in the middle of Obernai and had beautiful surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a good nights rest. It was lovely that our daughter had her own room with TV.All in all a lovely stay and would stay there again.

The ony downside was the continental breakfast not preared to pay 12 Euro for a few slices of ham & cheese and a croissant not very appetising. There were no English channels on the tv so found it hard to relax and watch tv after being in town for dinner.

The bedroom was really nice and quite. Location was perfect. We were staying in the delux room with breakfast included. These rooms are located on the top floor providing a wonderful view of the town and landscape. The breakfast was complete and well presented. The hotel has a small wellness centre with a gym, souna and a room for massages. Althought this part of the hotel was small it has all you need if you wish to use this service, it is new and clean.

The internet compare to other hotel is cheap however the connection was really bad. I was using this service with my iPhone via wifi and the connection was not stable at all.

Obernai is extremely nice place and the hotel is very good.

Downtown location, friendly staff, clean

Perfectly situated in the center of town. Ideal for going out during the day and going back to clean and freshen up before going out for a nice meal in the evening.

La zone spa car il n'y a ni piscine intérieure ni hammam (pourtant mieux appréciés des clients que le sauna...)
