The staff. Brother, Sister and Brother-in-Law seem to run this hotel. Very friendly the food in the evening and breakfast very good. A nice hotel for a few nights but we only stayed the one.
Location is on the outskirts of a business park/light industry area. Outside of hotel needs a TLC but don't be put of by this.
Price. Close to highway
Kind of cheap
Staff were really helpful and friendly; lovely garden area to sit out in; location was excellent and easy to find from the main routes.
The rooms are quite small and dingy; no air-con which made sleeping very uncomfortable.
The matress was a joke, our room was next to the smoking area and the back door, really noisy.
Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly. Would definately stay there again
Nothing to dislike
The staff were very helpful and friendly and patient. I could not falt their service.
The room could have included tea/coffee making facilities instead of having to go down the hall to the vending machine.
It is the perfect location for a night-stop when crossing France. Simple and honest hotel.
Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast, good location, ideal as a stopover on the way to the south
Extremely helpful staff Central location Characterful building
Brilliantly clean with very helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was unexpectedly excellent! This is a very simple, functional hotel but does everything very well! Certainly recommend for a stop off on the way down to the south west!
Easy location for a stopover. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Nothing tremendous about this place, just a reasonable, comfortable stopover.
We only intended to stay at the Come Inn for one night but due to problems with our car we ended up staying 5 nights. We were comfortable and well fed.The staff, particularly Philip, were very kind and helpful to us, for which we are very grateful. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.
There was nothing to dislike.
If you are on car its the nest place to stay. And breakfest is so good!!
nice staff and decoration
Very poor quality of shower.
Very good staff. Crazy room decor. Good location for Futuroscope
The little light over the bed was too close and got knocked into a lot. Shower temperature was a bit hit and miss
The double bunks (two top bunks) meant there was no fight for the top bunk! Couple that to the fact that the room had a little secret table between the bunks and the children absolutely loved it!! Our room overlooked a field, so you had a sense of being in the country. Reception was very helpful, offering directions and places to visit in Poitiers and supplied us with a map to get around too! Breakfast was great too!
Nothing, all was good!
Convenient to airport and good car parking. Online budget price. Breakfast good.
Room cramped and bed virtually on the floor - no tea/coffee facilities
Shame the Restaurant was closed Friday - Sunday
Adjoining rooms each with bathroom for family (up to 3 kids - even large teenagers!). Rooms small, but OK for one stopover night. Excellent breakfast. Free and easy car parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
They did not pre-warn us that restaurant was shut and it was a long car journey into town, where many restaurants were also shut (night of 13th July) - this may be normal, but a non-French person would not know. A long way from town, and difficult to find, with many one way systems and poor signage. No tea/coffee making facilities (as most mainland European hotels).
Very convenient for a one-night stop over as just off the motorway, but in a quiet location - no traffic noise. Family room was fine for our needs. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
The quirkiness of room 212 - great for kids
Couldn't walk out for something to eat/ drink
Easy to find Pleasant gentleman at reception Comfort bed. Coffee machine if you did not want breakfast
Pleasant man turned into a unpleasant waiter. Service & food in the restaurant, hence the eat before you arrive. Coffee machine was just that no tea( well inless you like Earl Grey or Mint!)
Everything apart from the room.
We asked for a twin room and were given a children's room with bunk beds. We did complain but we're told that the hotel was full.
This is the worst place I have stayed and I have travelled a lot. Room 106 next to the night entrance you may as well be the doorman as the noise each time it opens and closes till the early hours of the morning and the flood light that lights this room up each time is a nightmare come true. Do not book this place.
