I stayed two nights at the CH Andre Latin. It's about 10 minutes from the RER & 15 from the nearest Metro, but it's near the heart of the Latin Quarter. We had a great view of the Pantheon from our room. The room was surprisingly large, the bathroom was nicely updated, and we felt that we got a fair value for our money. Enter with the proper expectations -- you're getting a budget hotel in Paris -- and you'll be quite happy. |

Nice renovated and very clean room, great location, lots of sights on walking distance, metro also close. Safe and relatively cheap underground parking nearby. Nice staff. Cleaning crew comes knocking on the door in the morning too early; there should be a "do not disturb sign" to hang on the door, but there wasn't (at least I couldn't find it). No minibar, no waterboiler. |

Very good location in a calm quarter of the city, 300m from an underground stop. Smart and polite staff. Nice and clean room ( we had twin beds "club"), modern equipment, daily cleaning, new towels almost daily, enough soap, toilet paper etc. A safe in the room included in the price. We also appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage at the clerk desk the last day of our stay. We were asked to pay the first day of our stay (and we stayed there 10 days!). The reception staff should be more careful when giving the keys to guests. Even the first days they gave us the key card without asking for any document or for our names. |

Hotel is located in a walking distance to the heart of theLatin Quarter. Our room was small but adequate and larger than rooms in comparable Parisian Hotels. The Hotel is quiet and clean. We were asked to pay on arrival. Soap and shampoo were not replaced the second day. |

The room was quiet. The room was too small, with a long corridor before arriving to the bed, without light (also at midday it was impossible to live in without turning on the electic light), full of cigarette smell, with the window opening on a wall (very near: it was possible to touch it). |

Great location, close to RER. Small room but clean. Put fridge in room and larger TV with more channels and provide better quality soap and shampoo. |

It was clean and staff were friendly, polite and really helpful. The room was too small and the price quite high. |

Staff very friendly and helpful (they helped retrieve my wife's handbag which she left in a restaurant); situation/location convenient. Breakfast is rather expensive. |

Staff spoke excellent English, room was very clean. There was no fridge in the room, also I was made to leave my key at the front desk whenever I left the Hotel. |

Nice central location with easy access to public transport (RER), yet relatively quiet. Breakfast was more expensive than indicated on reservation. No free WiFi access. |

We stayed in a very clean and modern room on the 5th floor with an excellent view of the city. The shower had very good pressure and hot water. The hotel is located close by to shops and restaurants of all types. From Airports it is on the same line so no need to change trains. There was no refridgirater in our room. Most of the tv channels did not work and the TV was small for the size of the room. The hotel is slightly farther away than I would prefer to a Metro/RER line particularly if you have luggage. |
