Clean. 1. Wifi was not free, and was not working during one of the 3-day stays. 2. Not allowed to hang my laundry in the room, yet there was no dryer machine in the hotel that I could use. I was actually informed not verbally but by written letter left in the room of how I could be charged an extra day if I continue to hang laundry in the room. The staff took the liberty to take down my clothes and untied my clothes lines. 3. Given another chance I would have stayed nearer to stops for the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus so I do not need to walk, although the walk was not outrageously long.

Very helpful staff who spoke great English & were happy for us to leave our bags with them pre & post check in. Comfy beds, great bathroom, good temperature - and even though we were on a 2st floor, road facing room the windows were well sound proofed.Good location as well for Luxembourg, St Germanin & Latinn Quarter areas.

Staff was very kind, which can be a rare commodity in Paris, and they could speak English. The hotel is not right in the centre of the city, but very close. There are also two subway stations very close by. It is in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood, where you can stay easily on your own. The room was comfortable and clean. The walls are very thin, which is a common problem in Paris hotels apparently, and the Internet is horrible. You can check your email and surf, but you have to try for an hour for this five minute pleasure.

The staff were very polite and friendly. My room (401) was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. There was constant noise from water pipes. The breakfast (which I didn't have) seemed rather expensive.

The reception on our arrival was fantastic, we had someone who spoke English and explained to us how to move around the area. I liked that some programmes on the Television were In English. And I liked the the bed it was comfortable I really enjoyed my stay!!!!!!!!!!!! We enjoyed the hotel and will surely use them again My children were happy too. Nothing except the lighting in the room were a bit too dull. And the breakfast was not what we expected but other things are lovely.

Pleasant staff, who for the most part spoke English really well, well better than my French anyway, quel bordel. Excellent location near the heart of the Latin Quarter, and 15mins or so away from the main tourist attractions. The rooms were bigger than I had thought and were maintained to a high standard. No problem with recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris.

Close to the Luxembourg Garden and University. Room very small. Breakfast overpriced. Also, they charge for the Internet access and it does not work in the rooms on the upper floors.

Excellent staff that were always available and helpful. Construction on building which I didn't know about at booking. Plastic wrap covered my windows so I could not get air through the room and was claustrophobic.

newly refurbished rooms. very convenient location for sight seeing the windows are all blocked off because of the scafolding outside. Would be nice to have some natural light. I think the hotel should warn the customer on their website about this.

Good Staff, about 300m from Metro with good connections, awesome nearby street in, St Michel Boulevard. Don't really like it when there is a quilt/blanket wrapped in two sheets instead of a cover.

It is in downtown, and you can reach everywhere easily. The closest metro station is Luxamburg. The breakfast was too expensive for what they offer. I recommend you to have sandwich outside of the hotel rather than having there. We paid 24 dollars for two people, and it doesn't worth it. The rooms are very small and you can hear the next door very clearly. Especially a romantic city like that, you don't really want to hear the next door.

Reasonably convenient for Metro (300m), restaurants (400m). Friendly staff, clean. Traffic noise. No mirror in room. Poor lighting in bathroom (insufficient for putting on make-up). Towels only changed every 3 days. No drawers to put clothes, etc. Could not open wardobe fully (bed in the way) and very dark, so could not see what was in it!

The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and had sufficient space for two. The location was good. The wifi was too expensive. There was no tea or coffee in the room, would have been good if there was a small kettle, so one could have a hot drink, as there was no proper bar and only a vending machine in reception area.

spotless clean, excellent location (close to Pantheon, ENS etc.) Complicated heating system and had to spend a night in a pretty cold room in November. My second stay in this hotel but won't go back despite good location. Other than that : tiny, noisy room, cheap furniture, thin blankets, flat-panel TV (very limited international choice) w/annoying blue LED - but this is standard for central Paris - so no complaints as far as this is concerned.
