The lovely staff. Only 2 of them but did everything! The location is more Bezons than La Defense. Is 20 minute bus ride to get to La Defense. Quite a poor area but then it is less than half the price of anywhere closer. Hotel is good just be aware of the location.

Free wi Fi. It was terible! False advertisement because it has nothing to do with La defense. All taxis refuse to take clients there and it cost more money for transporation which at the end is the same as getting a room in paris. It was not a double room and a smoker had used it before

Friendly hotel management whilst at the hotel although see negative review about customer service before I got there. A little bit dated in terms of general areas of hotel, although rooms were ok. Charging 5 euros for disposable shaving kit was excessive. I went to hotel etap by mistake and the etap manager phoned up to let Comfort hotel know that I was at the wrong place and we both expected Comfort hotel to arrange transport to pick me up as it was a short distance away. Instead I was told to make my way on foot which was in fact a 15 min walk away and not a nice walk with luggage etc.

I have used this Hotel many times before, due to the fact it is close to my Company European Head Quarters. This time I had a room (number 139 I think) which had recently been renovated and it was much better than any room I had previously rented at this Hotel. I also ate at the Hotel and found the food and service very good. The shower was a bit small. You need to be careful and direct the water stream first to the hand held shower unit until it reaches temperature, otherwise (like me) you can get a cold shock from the over head shower unit when you turn the water on.

Propreté impeccable, restaurant correct, literie correcte Trop de basses sur la tv donc on entend assez facilement la tv du voisin de chambre, parfois de la racaille qui a besoin de gueuler pour communiquer devant l'hôtel (2 ou 3 fois sur 3 nuits, de 21h à presque minuit), wifi carrément médiocre (sauf la nuit ou tôt le matin...)

Le confort de la literie Pour les levers tardif, dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait après le midi ! pour un couple, manque de serviettes de toilettes, il y avait une serviette pour les mains et une de bain à se partager, surtout que le sèche serviette/radiateur de salle de bain a eu un problème donc serviettes encore humides pour le lendemain matin !

Personal excelent, amabil. In fiecare dimineata la micul dejun eram intampinati cu un zambet, o gluma. Personalul era ca o gazda care avea grija de musafiri. Wi-Fi gratuit. Mic dejun bogat, variat. Parcare gratuita, Programe tv variate. Hotelul este situat pe o artera destul de circulata iar zgomotul se face simtit pana tarziu in ciuda geamurilor duble. Mocheta de pe hol necesita intretinere. Iinitial mi-a fost alocata o camera de fumatori (chiar daca practic tot hotelul se declara nefumator). Camera mi-a fost schimbata imediat. Chiar daca micul dejun e variat, in fiecare dimineata sunt aceleasi lucruri. Traficul dimineata este fff aglomerat (20-30 min de la hotel pana la a86)

Bij aankomst bleek dat zij het verzoek niet ontvangen hadden voor extra bed per kamer. Na wat gestechel kregen we een extra kamer (reisde met 2 gezinnen en we kwamer elk een bed tekort) zonder extra kosten. Dat was wel goed van hun. personeel - was soms niet echt professioneel, maar we wisten wel tot oplossing te komen. de eigenaar is heel erg aardig, maakte alles weer goed Personeel kan wat professioneler zijn, mss durfden ze niet zelf aktie te nemen omdat de eigenaar toen niet aanwezig was.

Pas de bruit ( une des rares chambres occupées!) Personnel inexistant, invisible. Dames de chambres limite polies.... 1/4 heure pour trouver le responsable le matin pour payer et le meme temps pour se faire ouvrir le portail du parking (Pour info à 09h30.......)
