Hotel ist sauber und warm:Die Leute sind freundlich.

Hotel war sauber Betten jeden Tag gemacht OK

Die Zimmer waren sauber und für den Preis völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und im Hotel war Rauchverbot.

Das einzige was man bemängeln könntewar die Lage. Man musste mit Bus und Metro ein ganzes Stück bis in die Stadt fahren und das quer durch ein Viertel das nachts doch etwas bedenklich scheint. Dennoch ist uns nie etwas passiert und das obwohl wir manchmal auch erst gegen Mitternacht im Hotel waren.

We needed local information on where to eat or if there could have been a list of food places that delivered to hotel. We went by bus and had to walk back! After 5-6 hour drive! We didn’t get any food with a glass of wine we went out for!!

the room was to small

We drove there and it is good that there is free parking. There is a supermarket next to it but nothing else. Seems that the location is not as good if u are not driving , about 12 mins drive from city and tourist spots. Clean hotel breakfast is good .

The room was not available ( other people In). We waited for 20 minutes without any queue just for the check in.Fire allarm at 6 am;clock alarm at 7 not requested: is really difficult to mention something that was nice.

There is literally nothing around this hotel, and it's 2km from the nearest Metro station. As a female solo traveler, I personally didn't feel comfortable in this area walking alone at night. Also, be warned - if you are hungry, there are no restaurants in the area, though there are delivery menus in the lobby. Bring earplugs - the floors are laminate and the sound really travels. I could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. But for the price, you can't beat it. The bed was comfortable, and it was immaculately clean. If you have a car and are just passing through Paris, I recommend this hotel. But if you are a tourist, I would pass

I booked for twin room but was given a single room and yet I just could communicate with Stefan to change it. I had to call booking.com office in London and they promptly called the hotel and effect the change only two days later The Hotel Staff are grossly deficient in English hence I just couldn't communicate absolutely. If you don't speak French please stay away. The internet does not work in the rooms ad advertised except in the public area even at that the speed is so frustrating slow. The location of the hotel horrible. It is the middle of nowhere. No restaurant, no shop within 4 km radius of the hotel. Taxis are not available. The only bus comes every 30minutes. It's far from Gare du Nord. The television in the rooms has no English channel. Nothing but disaster! Pennywise pound foolish. NEVER AGAIN

It is in the middle of nowhere!!! If you don’t have car, you will be stranded, nowhere to eat and nothing around, is like industrial zone , unless you fancy a pizza delivery with e10-00 delivery charge. One day stay was a day too long!!!

It was walking distance from Paris Univeristy where we had to attend

No Coffee / Tea maker in Room... Small Kettle with Tea Bags / Coffee sachet + Milk + Sugar sachet to drink in evening. TV - Not impressed, all FRENCH CHANNELS, not even CNN or BBC news..

Clean and New.

Very difficult to find because there is a street with a similar name nearby. There was a lot of noise at night made by some guys who came to visit the receptionist. No air-condition in the room

No refrigerator, no ice!

Everything is really excellent except the location. The road to city center took an hour time using bus and metro with need of correspondance.

Location is quite far from center.

I travelled with my 2 young children stayed in 2 inter connecting rooms. Friendly staffs, very clean, ample free car parking, free wi-fi and above all brand new hotel

No shops available near the hotel unless you take a bus in front of the hotel to Bobigny central

Qualité du service pas de perturbations à 11h pour le ménage.

Pas de distributeur de produits d hygiène et de toilette.

La literie. La douche : jet tonique, eau bien chaude. L'accueil.

wifi à la ramasse. Insonorisation très mauvaise. Touristes arrivés en bus qui n'ont aucun respect pour le sommeil des gens. Loin d'une station de métro et de restaurants.

Hotel bien rénové, situation géographique (Bobigny)

lit inconfortable !! absence de bar (glaçons, café, ..) en chambre ou dans l'hôtel environnement bruyant (entreprise transports sous les fenêtres, active dès 5 h du mat)

Essendo musicisti e viaggiando sempre in auto con la strumentazione abbiamo riservato questo hotel per il semplice fatto che possiede un parcheggio molto sicuro con telecamere ed incluso nel prezzo della camera cosa difficile da trovare a Parigi. Ottimo qualita' prezzo. La camera e' molto bella e spaziosa con parquet che rende tutto molto igienico. La pulizia della camera impeccabile. Le signore addette ai lavori di pulizia indossano addirittura la cuffia per i capelli. La colazione e' ottima. Ottimo lo staff alla reception, gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Come gia' fatto notare da altri clienti e' scattato l'allarme antincendio alle 5 del mattino facendoci molto spaventare. Consiglio alla Gentile Direzione di risolvere questo problema perche' e' davvero molto sgradevole ed imbarazzante che si ripeta spesso.
