I found the reception staff very helpful. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard.

I have a baby of six months and I found it inconvenient and impractical everyday asking for the catering staff to sterilise my bottles. Putting the baby food in the fridge on reception was equally impractical. We were put on the first floor which was impractical with a push chair. Not a hotel that I would recommend if you have a baby. There was no bath and I did take my baby in the shower with me but found it really dangerous and scarey. A baby bath was produced on the 3rd day of staying there but it was a little too late.

Hotel Wilson Bordeaux Begles,The staff are brillant,very helpful,informative,warm and friendly,and this is from the front desk staff thru to staff in the breakfast room.On arriving in Bordeaux and trying to secure a map, we were informed the Hotel was probably a 25 minute walk---a long hour later we arrived and from our first encounter with the Hotel Owner(lovely lady) we were offered refreshments,as our room was about 10 minutes away from being ready.Public transport is just a short walk from the Hotel to the bus stop,and is a short 10 minute ride to the main train station,where you have a choice of trams or buses to your destinations throughout the city centre etc.First appearances Begles is a run down inner city suburb,with some street corner actitives,but the Hotel is a very safe and welcome sight and on the good side of Begles--I would recommend the Hotel Wilson Bordeaux Begles for a holiday stay in the Bordeaux Area of France.

Very warm welcome and very helpful staff. Good sound proofing (there's a busy rooad at the front) so room was quiet. Good location on the edge of Bordeaux.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We were travelling from Belgium to Portugal and Hotel Wilson was our first stop after 9h driving. The secure parking was a must, so we could leave all our stuff in the car. As we didn't wanted to drive the car into Bordeaux center, we got all information needed to get to the town, by bus & tram or taxi, bus-tram ticket costs only 1,4 € per person. Taxi from Bordeaux to Begles comes to 15€. As the restaurants are closed in Bordeaux between 15h and 18h30 and the restaurant was also closed from the hotel the receptionist offered to have a pizza delivered to the hotel, which was very tasteful and we could consume in our rooms.

Friendly, multi language staff. Excellent buffet meals. Well equiped apartment for long or short stay. Secure overnight parking.

Satelite television would be an advantage with international multi language news. French free to air apparently does not transmit V.O. audio.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je reviens dans cet hôtel qui personnalise chaque accueil client avec beaucoup d'empathie et d'attentions, ce qui reste rare aujourd'hui. Les jeunes équipes du restaurant sont très professionnelles et la qualité des plats servis est à souligner.

J'ai apprécié avant tout la convivialité, la satisfaction de mes demandes multiples, le silence des chambres, la propreté, la simplicité du restaurant.

Depuis l'accueil, en passant par la chambre ou encore le service restauration : une hôtellerie à la Française.

L'accueil et la situation Le personnel est vraiment charmant et on sent vraiment que c'est un hôtel indépendant. C'est très agréable
