Easy access from A63. Pleasant and efficient staff. Very comfortable and well-appointed room. Simple but good dinner, efficiently served.
Although on an industrial park the hotel was quiet, very comfortable with ideal communication to the motorway for our journey through France. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even offering an umbrella to help us load our car in the rain the next morning. The food in the Restaurant was good quality and varied choice would stay again.
The restaurant in the hotel was closed and the staff booked us into a 1st class good food and well priced restaurant
Cheap but very comfortable - big room with a big bed, badroom with bathtub. Location was very convenient for us (really near the highway, in front of a supermarket, with a cheap gas station nearby) as we were stopping in the middle of a Germany-Spain trip, but might not be that good if you want to visit the city.
Nothing in particular. Area is not beautyful, but it was not something we were looking for in any case.
Staff friendliness Efficient and clean Well located for a break in a long journey
Surrounding environment a bit industrial
Reception not working at night. Left on a bank holiday day and I had to wait till 8am to get someone at the reception to give keycard and to pay the room.
Great location whether you are travelling north or south. Very clean, with excellent wifi. Breakfast very good
The only downside and it is a big downside is that they do not serve meals at weekends, including Friday evening. You are stuck without food in a trading estate with other restaurants more than a walk away. We went to the supermarket opposite and purchased a picnic dinner for eating in our room.
Staff, private parking, wifi in the room, quietness.
Hard working, small staff. Doing it all to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Room was clean. Had private parking. Breakfast was very good. Location was near travel route.
Restless sleep due to uncomfortable pillows. Had no evening dining available for our stay on the weekend.
Great service Nice to have some international channels (i.e. BBC, CNN, ZDF) beside the predominant french channels
Toilet was located in uncomfortable spot in bathroom
Good info from hotel just after the booking. Quiet situation, safe parking. Close to highway A63 on the way to Spain. Good value for the money.
Buffet breakfast was not value of for the money. We had to pay for pet. Restaurant was closed at week-ends.
Fairly near the airport
There were a lot of leaves in the pool so consequently we did not use it, however this was a main reason for choosing this hotel in the first place
Price and comfort
Really dumb place to situate the toilet in our room!! Anyone with long legs cannot sit on it!!
Location on south side of Bordeaux so ideal stopover on way to Spain. Swimming pool available when weather hot.
Beds on small side. Swimming pool only one depth.
The Hotel was clean and with secure parking. The staff were excellent and friendly.
Their restaurant is closed at weekends, why? So you have drive to find somewhere to eat. The only thing the hotel offered was a Pizza takeaway service, not ideal.
It was clean, modern and bright and staff were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and after a very long journey we had to drive to find dinner. No coffee making facilities or machine.
Price Staff Good-size room Good breakfast
Location is difficult to find and wouldn't be good for visiting Bordeaux
Handy to motorway. Very clean. Car parking included. Receptionist spoke good English and gave us suggestions on where to eat.
No restaurant facilities at the weekend so you have to drive somewhere for a meal.
Nicely situated for local site seeing and onward travel at end of your stay..........
Nothing in particular or worth the mentioning
The girls had a nice room in the Quality side of the hotel, which was brand new and had good facilities.
We asked to upgrade and were told that we couldn't as it was booked through booking.com. Our room was dark, dingy, poorly maintained and I itched all night say no more
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, across the street from two grocery stores. Easy road access to Bordeaux.
Very kind staff they speak enough English and Spanish. The room was confortable and the hotel nice. We only stay one night - travelling to Spain
Everything - especially the price. The staff were excellent too.
Nothing to dislike.
The staff and the comfort.
