Staff welcoming - unusual for airport hotels - and very efficient. Had prebooked half board and both dinner and breakfast excellent quality. Superb buffet spread breakfast available from 4.00 am which is useful for early flights. Free shuttle service to airport every 45 minutes (but no info on website on how to get shuttle from airport to hotel). Properly soundproofed room with comfortable bed and good pressure hot shower. All in all a highly recommended airport hotel at very reasonable rates. Should post info on website about catching shuttle from airport to hotel. |

I appreciated the location of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are really soundproof, so it was also very quiet. |

It was close to the airport. You could choose an inexpensive meal if you wanted. The breakfast was filling. The shuttle to the airport was the best-worry free! |

Rooms quiet, individual control of the heating/aircon possible, very comfortable bed, staff so helpful. Shuttle service very useful to airport and train station with helpful drivers for lifting on heavy cases. Have already booked next stay. Only one suggestion, would it be possible to have a kettle to provide the boiling water for tea at breakfast as water in flask wasn't really hot enough, it would save staff having to heat the water again. otherwise breakfast very good, even towards the end of the service there was plenty of choice; |

Hotel was basic but comfortable. Restaurant food could have been improved - we arrived late and food was definitely past its best by the time we ate. Getting there from Charles de Gaulle was difficult. |

There were no instructions where to find the shuttle from the airport, as advertised. After 6 phone calls, 2 complete trips around the airport and 3 1/2 hours, we finally wound up at the hotel which was less than a mile away on the access road to the airport. |

The hotel was fine for the money! The dinner buffet was also priced quite right and a nice convenience after a long day traveling. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a big bonus and generally runs on time. However, do be at the front of the line for the shuttle in the am as it gets very crowded. While the staff is quite friendly and amiable, do not depend on them for a wake-up call if getting up at a certain time is important to you. Buy an alarm clock at the airport before getting on the hotel shuttle! |

Very nice neat and clean hotel. Only p[roblem it is not in location where you have some resturants because on sunday and saturday they not offered lunch so than you have to go to cdg airport to take your food. |

staff were very helpful, hotel was extremely quiet considering that it is an "airport" hotel; shuttle bus to airport (CDG) but see also negative comments Shuttle bus operates only every 45 minutes to/from CDG. There are two pick-up points at terminals 2D and 2B (?): shuttle does not circulate around the same route as other shuttle buses. One has to know this, otherwise you can be waiting (as I was) for a long time at the wrong place. It would be helpful if these details were put on the booking / web site. |

The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The shutle was free and started at 5am and not shared buy other hotels so it only took 10 minutes to reach the airport. The evening buffet was very good and the morning breakfast buffet, which started at 430am was also very good. The shuttle picked me up at the airport free of charge after dropping off the rental car there. |

very clean room and check out was ok . very good housekeeping! Pillows to small and light, very expensive sandwiches and menu buffet not great a pure food quality for the Price! The server dont know how to make proper cappuchino and regular coffee as well as for breakfast. Horrible and bitter metal strong! Staff not friendley at all not even a "Hello or Good Morning when sitting down or coming in to the restaurant! It looks like nobody cares about the Guest in general very bad attitude all around.Getting on the Shuttle is like you are not welcome.no response from the driver..........we stayed only one night and the only good thing was the clean Room to stay! |
