The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The shutle was free and started at 5am and not shared buy other hotels so it only took 10 minutes to reach the airport. The evening buffet was very good and the morning breakfast buffet, which started at 430am was also very good. The shuttle picked me up at the airport free of charge after dropping off the rental car there. |

very clean room and check out was ok . very good housekeeping! Pillows to small and light, very expensive sandwiches and menu buffet not great a pure food quality for the Price! The server dont know how to make proper cappuchino and regular coffee as well as for breakfast. Horrible and bitter metal strong! Staff not friendley at all not even a "Hello or Good Morning when sitting down or coming in to the restaurant! It looks like nobody cares about the Guest in general very bad attitude all around.Getting on the Shuttle is like you are not welcome.no response from the driver..........we stayed only one night and the only good thing was the clean Room to stay! |

Good hotel with bar and restaurant facility. Free shuttle to airport They should have better pillow.it is so small that it seems it is meant for babies. The staff forgot to wake us we had to rush to airport to catch our flight .which we barely did |

friendly, good shuttle service to and from airport.Helpful staff If you wanted a sleep and a late breakfast this was not possible as breakfast finished at 9.30am |

It is very close to the airport and provides an excellent free shuttle. It is sound proof, an asset near an airport. The staff speal excellent english and know their area and the routes around it very well. The fee for internet service is very high. The beds are a little short. Other than these two minor items, all was fine. |

I really did not like the location. I thought it was right at the airport but it was not. Had to wait over 50 minutes for a shuttle bus when we arrived - was really difficult to get into town and back just to grab dinner the night before our flight. Would have been way better to have stayed in Paris along the RER B line. |

Reservations were flawless and breakfast was good value (for a French breakfast). Desk staff and Dining room staff were most helpful and gracious. Shower stall was very small for a large man |

Everything ran smoothly and the shuttle to the airport was on time at 5 am in the morning. * I had to wait for nearly an hour at CDG (7 - 8 PM) for the shuttle to arrive. *When I arrived at the hotel the gentleman at reception told me that payment for my room had already been taken from my credit card. I specially wrote the manager when I reserved my room to tell him that I would arive late afternoon/early evening. So I had withdrawn a lot of cash in vain and have to pay extra commission on my credit card for an overseas transaction. |
