Very friendly, very supportive staff. Room was the right size for us . . . small but had everything we needed. Location was absolutely superb. If arriving tired into the station this hotel is literally a small block away and easy to find. |

The location was excellent, 5 mnutes walk from Gare du Nord station and about less than 10 minutes to Gare le est. The staff can speak good English as well as assist in directions - they even went into the internet to look for directions when they didn't know - that's what I call service! |

Nothing, paint on walls was peeling off at many places. Room was very small enough for only one bed. Elevators could not accommodate more than 3 peaople. Absolutely nothing |

Personal is friendly. Breakfast is very good, it is possible to choose what one likes the best. The bus stop is at the hotel door, RER and metro is near. |

It was very close to the station and therefore good for easy access. We changed our original room as the window did not close and got moved. The breakfast area is very small and quite busy in the monring. |

The hotel is very conveniently placed from Gare Du Nord station, literally a two minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little on the small side but comfortable enough. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is great after a hard days sightseeing.Must mention the breakfast which was excellent, with plenty of choice. We were on the second floor at the front of the hotel facing the steet, which was very noisy all night. It was hot at night but we couldn't have the window open. However; there was an air con unit in the room which kept things reasonably cool. |

This hotel was warm, clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. It is only a two minute walk from Gard du Nord Station, plenty of cafes and places to eat around. The bus stop for the hop on/off tour is just around the corner (highly recommended). All in all a very pleasant stay. Will be booking again in the very near future |

Very close to everything and the train station is what I wanted The bed was very hard but in saying that I stayed in 5 hotels for my trip and this one was the hardest |

A nice friendly feel to the hotel. Helpful reception staff, and cosy breakfast room was ideal for a welcoming atmoshere. Efficient staff at breakfast. Building work being undertaken to the outside of the hotel, made it slighly nosy in the mornings. |
