Nice location, close to Metro and Montmartre. Friendly and helpful staff
Clean room, nice size bathroom and decent breakfast.
To much noise from smokers utilizing out door patio.....sometimes until midnight.
Clean, various breakfast, very close to a metro station, staff very nice and helpful
really tine bathroom, quite noisy during night (parties, cars), even closing a window doesn't help much
Location, close to Metro and Monmartre Clean small room Good bed
Too noisy because of the construction site next to the hotel No free Wi Fi, bad connection of the paid one No hair dryer in the room
The lady at the reception were very kind.
the black guy at ninght in the reception even refuse to call taxi for me,he said :"only to airport."I have to carry two to the train station.
Location, cafes and boulangerie on doorstep, nice staff
staff, location in Montmatre and next to the metro stop, clean, good value for money, just a bit small room but comfprtable
hot room without any air conditioning system; the noise around the hotel (for nightlife and workers in the morning)
Location, quite near Lamarck metro and in a nice neighbourhood of Montmartre.
A bit overpriced for what you get. Pictures are a little deceiving, since the rooms seem bigger than they are. Also the attic room with lowered ceiling didn't add up to the comfort. While the bathoom included free toiletteries, the space in it is rather limited. Also, the receptionist on our arrival was also a bit rude. The wi-fi is not for free, even though for this price in many other hotels you can expect it as a standard. The street outside was very noisy, due to several very lively cafes in close proximity of the hotel, this definitely didn't add up to a peaceful night sleep.
Good location on Paris map - metro and supermarket just few minutes by feet Clean room, friendly stuff Almost reasonable breakfast
Had room faces the street - it was very noisy all day and night Loud gang in front of the window Too hot at night due to closed window
The location was very good with many places to eat and drink nearby. The metro station was 5 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were fine and the staff very polite.
Fire alarm went off, two mornings at 7 in the morning causing the whole hotel to wake up and run towards the stairs.
location, clean, and friendly staff during the day
unfriendly staff at night, and poor wifi overall
A member of staff who ruined the experience in this hotel.
location. It was my third visit, but the last was in 2006. The hotel had been completely refurbished.and is now excellent. A great location - away from other tourists! It is not posssible to answer your first question. I am in my 80s and my fellow traveller was a young woman. We were NOT a couple.
the lift was a bit slow.
Location was good. Very close to trains. Easy to get to attractions.
Rooms tad small.
helpful & friendly staff
So many cafes within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly. Close to metro station.
Neighbourhood felt a little unsafe and also seemed as though it didn't get much tourism (compared to the city center).
Front desk two out of four helpful, one aloof, one bad, internet facilities must be offered as part of your room rent itself, rooms should have tea, coffee maker and tea bags, sugar, cream, glasses, etc
Staff were very friendly, in particular with our young daughter and made us feel very welcome.
The area is nice with lots of restaurant around. The staff was very friendly and helpful
In the morning; I struggled with my luggage; the lift was always busy with the cleaning personnel.
The location was good, but the steps up to the La Basilique du Sacré Cœur de Montmartre, really tested stamina. They have map of the local area available on the counter but no one pointed them out to us.
The rooms are designed for very small people or children travelling on their own. The shower is the only one I've ever been in where I had to open the door to turn around. There is a building site next door, (and I mean right outside the window), where work starts at 08:00 on the dot, and it is soooo! noisy. The parking charges are horrendous and if these had been shown on the web site I would have chosen a different location, the charges nearly doubled my cost for staying there. There is only one creaky antiquated lift that the staff believe is there for their use and not for guests. How am I doing so far. Would I stay there again? Not in this life time. Would I recommend it to a friend? Not if I wanted to keep their friendship.
Location - in a lovely neighbourhood with a lot of nice little cafés and bars with local touch, pharmacy, very good boulangerie, just 2 minutes walk from metro station, 10 minutes walk from monmartre hill. Despite some mould here and there the room looked newly refurbished and clean
Room space was very limited, but not too bad. Wi-fi didn't work when we were there. There was no ac adaptor, no printer to print the tickets, no tea-making facilities in the hotel
It was pleasant, clean place with nice and friendly staff. The is a metro station and a market close by.
Everything about the hotel was a bit tiny - the room, the bathroom, the corridors. The neighborhood was noisy.
the location the friendly staff
Hotel newly and tastefully renovated. We had a lovely room on the ground floor (which was great as my husband has walking difficulties) and the bathroom was quite large. Great shower and comfortable bedding. Flatscreen TV. Breakfast was fairly good value with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking near the hotel was relatively easy (you are allowed to park in the street free of charge between 7pm and 9am). Nice neighbourhood. There is a boulangerie next to hotel and the epicerie nearby is open til late in the evening. A few nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the heart of Montmartre is within easy walking distance. Also it is easy to reach the centre of Paris by public transport (metro and bus). We will definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.
We had a room looking out on the street and it was a little noisy in the evening. But no major problem. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The staff really nice and helpful. Was robbed in Paris Station and the staff at hotel were really sympathetic and did all they could to relieve the upset. The Hotel is in a great location for great small cafes and the underground system. I would stay again when next in Paris.
The only criticism is there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
