We could store our luggage and the rooms were cleaned daily. Nice showers. The breakfast was way too expensive, it was not near a very convenient metro, and the staff was not knowledgeable about things to do around Paris. |

24 hour desk, trouble free staff, easy easy stay. Not much - there seems to be very little in the immediate area however the metro is a short stagger away which is fine. |

pros: Not so bad neighborhood even at night. Decent breakfast. Department store nearby. Friendly staff. cons: room is quite small and smells bad. Breakfast room is also too small. Quite far (on foot) from major tourist attraction (compensated by metro station nearby). |

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights there, it was quite comfortable room to be honest, especially the bed and the shower are quite good after long day visiting. Although the size was not too big, it was still adequent for both of us. The staff is very friendly. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but the bed and the pillows were soft and comfortable. The shower cubicle was very small and the pillowcases were stained. The location was very dark and quiet at night with no cafes or restaurants close by that were open in the evening (that I could find..). |

The wireless internet worked smoothly. One of the staff at the front desk was just rude for no apparent reason. The other staff were all fine. |

Nice area of Paris in the 11eme close to Bastille and Voltaire with a lot of nice restaurants and bars close-by. Quick to get to the main tourist places as well. Clean and well equipped rooms, even if not incredibly spacious. Really friendly personnel and free wifi! It's not the most charismatic place and if you look for that romantic hotel for a honeymoon or couple weekend you'd better go somewhere else. |

The best thing about this hotel is the price. It's not the most luxurious place in the world (far from it), but it is clean and friendly and great value for money. The location is good. The WiFi Internet is free and actually works better than the v. expensive WiFi you get in other hotels. The rooms are very small... although nothing unusual for Paris. There was very little wardrobe space etc. It's fine if you're just using it as a base and will be out most of the time anyway. If you're planning to spend any time in the hotel, it might not be for you. |

Friendly staff happy to speak english, very close to Rue des Boulets metro station, good location on the edge of the Marais, can save money on breakfast by going to one of three or four local patisseries. The walls are quite thin. |

The reception desk was open 24 hours a day, which really came in handy because we had to leave very early. It's also close to an underground station. The closest is Rue des Boulets instead of Charonne. The bathroom and especially the shower are very small. |
