staff & attitude
wifi coverage in my room
strategic position, nice and quite area; the lady at the reception helped me with a problem concerning the reservation
free wi-fi very bad, with both iPhone and iPad
The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the subway station. The room was really small but clean, with a comfortable bathroom.
The elevator was really small, 3 people with a luggage hardly fit in there.
car parking, location
poor quality of coffee, quite modest breakfast (if we call it Continental Breakfast).
Rooms are clean and renovated, stuff is helpful. Especially Valerie was very nice
Very clean. Good bed. Staff fluent in many languages, efficient and kind. Reasonable price for this location.
Room perfect for business stay but too small for longer private holiday.
Staff were very kind to our small daughter - no problem for us to use the small kitchen's microwave to heat her bottle. Location and price are good for the area. It isn't bang in the middle of central Paris so it may not be ideal for tourists.
Rooms are very small, even though I think we got a slightly bigger one to squeeze in the baby cot. Bed was a little hard.
Quiet at night Located conveniently comfortable pleasant bathroom well designed magazines pleasant to find..
coat hangers didn't clip for hanging trousers and skirts. No reaction (solution?) when staff were informed..
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. The room was very quiet. Close to 2 metro stations so the location was good too.
0-24 reception was very useful because 1) you can plan and do what you want, 2) you can have programs at the late evening as well. Cleaning every day. Very close to the metro station, close to a bakery, shops are close.
The room was smaller than it looked on the photo. Tiny walls, you could hear every sound from the street and from the other rooms.
The attitude of the staff was appalling. On arrival, the receptionist was not at all helpful and reluctantly gave us a map of Paris. When we first went to our room, the maid was sitting on the bed in our room, clearly on a personal call, and indicated that we should wait outside while she finished her call. We were advised that the reception was manned 24 hours; yet when we arrived back at approx.30 mins after midnight we waited 20 mins outside the door before someone came to let us in, and then it was only by chance that we got in at all, as a staff member was passing by and clearly was surprised to see us at the door. (Perhaps the bell wasn't working? - I offer some 'get out clause' to the hotel) The room was just barely large enough to accommodate the two single beds. I'd guess there was no more than 9-12 inches from end of bed to wall. Only bath towels supplied - no hand towels: this is simply mean. On both days, the corridor outside the room was blocked by the cleaners trolley and, like the room, the corridor is so small that you had to push the trolley up or down the corridor to get access the stairs or lift. You couldn't pass the trolley. This hotel just doesn't work ...
Sometimes elevators didn't work. We need to use stairs for 5th floor.
The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely and clean and the decor was lovely.
The room was near a very noisy street so had very little sleep. There was no kettle and the show attachment was broken.
Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. Was easy to get to on the train.
Small rooms- had to jump over the bed to get 2 people through the door. No air con- room is a sweat box. Cleanliness- was clumps of hair in the bed and shower. Room spelt like cigarette smoke covered with air freshener.
It is close to the metro station. However, it is not an area you would like to walk in when night falls.
The smell of the room was awful. There was dirt everywhere and the towels were filthy and overused. We were lucky to have and use our own ones. The rooms were too small and it was difficult to sleep with all those terrible sounds coming from all directions. Concerning breakfast, which was poor for a 3-star hotel, there were little insects flying all over the buffet. When asked to do something, the receptionist said that everything would be different the next day but nothing changed for the remaining of our stay. It is clearly the place to avoid when in paris...
We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Valeria and Samir. The hotel is very close to metro Rue des Boulets. And we got there from CDG airport by Roissy bus to metro station Opera and from there by metro. Area is quiet and safe, which made us feel comfortable stay later at night in the town. Rooms were clean, and bed is comfortable. Street was sometimes noisy, but that is just Paris, for me it was nice to hear families talk, people playing the instruments etc.
Rooms are small, but that is just Paris!
the team of the hotel the privet room
the cleaners are screaming in the phone while she is cleaning the rooms floor but i must say i slept till the noon haha
Unfriendly staff, patronizing the guests, not really helping when asked for help. The garage spots are closeby, but not easy to park in. Moreover the remote to open it, not always worked.
Price Proximity to subway Family room set up
Lack of air conditioning Tiny elevator Tightness of space No wash clothes
Located close to the subway. The friendly hotel staff.
In fact, Internet services are not available. Unable to leave the bags at night in the storage chamber.
Walking distance to the metro and not too far away from the famous cemetery. These, ofcourse, have nothing to do with the hotel!
The hotel staff was very unknowledgeable about the local area, or transportation, etc. The rooms were very tight, small and the elevator was extremely scary. The kitchen wasn't willing to provide us a single spoon and the wifi was especially terrible.
staff attitudes were poor I would not return or recommend. One staff member was good I think his name was Nees or similar
Location is good
Room is very small. breakfast is very poor
