The worst thing with this hotel is no English TV Channels at all, No BBC, NO CNN. Only French TV. |

The city. Altough it has nothing to do with the hotel. I also liked that it was close enough to a Metro station and a fair distance to the Airport. The staff. Realy anoying and unwilling to help. The internet wifi was way to expensive so as the breakfast buffet. Poor services. |

The bed, the clean room, the good ventilation and also it was quiet. We dont try the breakfast (13€). Everything was a little old but work properly. The Metro was about 10 min walking away. |

it was near the metro station. it has cheap secured parking. the room was clean. everything looks old: furniture, bathroom. room was quite small and had ugly view :( |

The tv was good and new, also cleaniness was nice. The temperature was quite high all the time. Also room colours was a bit boring, looked cheaper than it was. |

Metro stop (Porte de Clichy) close to hotel directly to city centre. Expensive bar in hotel. Neighbourhood seemed a little rough. |

The staff were not helpful, one of the elevators broke on the last morning and I had to wait 25 minutes for an elevator to reach the 8th floor which cost me 22 euro in wiating time for my taxi, the room service forgot my room number when I ordered room service, the room needed a good deep clean - carpets grotty, walls dirty, etc - the cleaner left the bag that she emptied from the bin on top of my suitcase leaving a dripping mess - these are just some of the things I didn't like |

The staff was very helpful in finding a suitable room for us to stay in. We were upgraded to the best room available. This non-smoking rooms were abysmal. Tears and stains on the carpet, cigarette stains on the sink, the first room presented smelled of smoke. After speaking with the manager, and viewing 5 different rooms we settled on a room where we could stay one night. We immediately checked out the following morning costing us half a day of checking in and out of hotels during our honeymoon trip. |

In general, the Holtel is very nice, easy to reach, clean and worth to stay in The red wine in the restaurant came out of the refrigirator. No minibar in the room |

Good value for money, (we paid 200 in total, for 2 persons, 3 nights including parking) Allthough it's quite far from the centre, it's easy to get anywhere because of the subway station that is nearby. The first night we had cold showers, this was fixed quickly though. |

Me and the wife stayed here for Christmas holidays. This is at a good location, a bit run down, but I think its value for money, the subway station is in walking distance. The only problem would be the food though. I took this for the free parking given on the promotional rate and was ok about eating in the city. The breakfast, as others mentioned is closed on Saturday and Sunday. |
