It was so noisy.. not clean rooms
need heat water pot
Price. Free covered parking in Paris.
Thin walls. You can hear what the next door is doing.
The room was disgusting, shower and a hairdryer broke on the first night, the wallpaper was peeling, breakfast was very poor. We weren't notified about the renovation work. This hotel is nowhere near 3 stars standard.
Easy to reach by car along the périférique. And very important a garage GRATUITE. We stayed 4 nights and are very satisfied.
The simplicity of the hotel and in the bathroom no bidet. Pour TV. No CNN. German or other European services.
When I arrived, the receptionist offered me early check in at 10:30 free of charge, it was good action after a long night flight and long way from Beauvais airport.
Staff are not helpful at all, they are not willing to give proper information except a guy who looks Indian he is polite, the rest no way to give enough time, I asked for late check out till 14:00 as my flights leaves at 20:00 a rude receptinist who was behind the counter playing in his mobile said no late check out unless you pay one night cost to keep the room two hours late, so I asked hom again to keep my luggage in the store for 3 hrs he said "yes we can do that with a cost of 1 € per suite case" unbelievable I paid more than a 100€ per night that they are asking me to pay to store my suite case. The furniture is very poor in the room, smells very old, windows lock is broken so that no guest csn open the window, I checked single and mentioned when I booked that am single please assign me in king bed, I found myself in joined beds, I had an inconfortable sleep during my three nights, no choice in selecting channels only few French ones, when I asked for WIFI the receptionist said to buy it from SWISSCOM with 17 € when in other hotels internet is free with a high speed. During my stay I had to wake up very early eventhough I was on holiday, drilling starts very early without stop, when I called reception the firts night, she said we already placed apology signage in the lobby and elevators, I don't care about your signage I need to sleep she said I have nothing to do, mean don't waste your time. Location of the hotel is very poor with lots of suspectious faces, you don't feel safe to go for a walk in that area. Anyway it was horrible stay, I don't recommend anybody to have same experience.
Airco was defect, TV was defect and we couldn't open any window. The room was really outdated.

Wi-Fi WORKS UGLY!!! Even on reception it works very bad and disconnects very often. Closest metro station in 15 min. A/C does not work, we can't breathe in the room because of warm when it is cold outside. Workers (builders) in hotel uses common elevators and spoil clothing to guests.
Spacious and clean bathroom and room . .
The noise The personal that asked ME 3 times what is my room number and then while having breakfast they came one more time to have me writte my name and my room number on a paper. During breakfast the personal was noisy , talking loud all the time . No free wi fi in the room , POOR breakfast.
The staff is friendly.
The building is old, rooms are a bit worn. Wi-fi only in public areas.
The bed is too soft(hollow). , Some staff was smile
Good location though its kinda dim outside, close to metro, friendly and approachable staff and cheap but nice hotel.
No free wifi inside the room.
Location to attractions
Arrived at hotel at 8pm and told no beer left in bar, great start to holiday ha ha ha.
The lift size/numbers. it was always full and slow.
Is part of the cheapest hotels you may find in paris, is only for the necesary as sleep, bathroom, there is no something that make it a valuable stay in this hotel, just enough.
Good price for quality
Charged me to keep luggage before check in early in the morning...for someone who stays 3 nights I think its silly...
Location is good, easy to access with a car, metro station is around 600 meters away; Had view over Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur; Free private underground parking.
Windows do not open; Expensive breakfast (14,5 EUR) - however I do not know if it is good or not as we did not try it; In general hotel facilities seem old and not renovated for quite a time.
cleanlines, old materials
The location. It was easily accessible. The room was reasonable. The bed was comfortable.
The toilet rolls were very thin, only one bath soap was provided for two people. On one occasion, no bath soap was given. We were given two hand towels the first two days, and one the rest of the time we spent there.
Nice hotel with nice and clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. Thank you!
Only problem was, that there is no internet connection in the rooms.
Accomodation is what you can expect for the money Bathroom clean Free parking
Room could use a paint over and a new carpet
Decent array of complimentary bathroom products & tea/coffee. Walkable distance (~45min to Louvre) into the centre or Metro station within ~5min walk.
They were renovating when we stayed (no prior warning) which meant no air con in the room (in August!). Windows couldn't be opened as handles had been removed so very poor nights sleep. In morning asked staff if they could open the window, the lady on reception phoned room service but when we got back the window hadn't been opened. Electrical sockets in the room loose. Car park difficult to find (but plenty of spaces).
One young lady on the staff was very helpful giving us lots of information about where to go and how to get there in Paris...
Room without air conditioning or even the ability to open the window which felt like suffocation. A Barman who could barely pull himself away from watching the Bar TV to make an over priced cup of coffee and when he did he made it clear that we had pulled him away from doing something more important. The hotel was dirty and grubby and had seen better days (Possibly the 1950's). When we booked we did so because the hotel advertised free parking for which we were charged 33 euro. The wifi was hardly ever available even in the communal areas and when it was available it was so slow it took over 15 minutes to open the booking.com site so claims that this hotel has wifi are misleading at best.
