Comfort Hotel Opéra Drouot Paris 9

The rooms were so dirty and old. The bathroom was disgustung and the carpet full of stains that I didn't know how to sleep in that room. Bisoted a few more but all the same, just different sizes. Booking.com helped me find other solutions but it was already late in the evening and I decided to stay there as it was just one night they managed to find a room in the hotel with a kind of new bathroom. Never again.

Reception staff is friendly & helpful.

Toilet bathtub shape is odd & have to sit to bathe - standing is dangerous, could slip & fall. Shower curtains should be replaced by sliding door instead cos each shower will floor the toilet floor.

The Hotel is in very nice neighborhood, many restaurant, supermarket and so on.

The hotel need to be rebuild, is Vera oldfashion.

Good position, only 2 minutes from metro stations

The location is good. It's close to the city centre. Not not far away from Train station. There are many shops and resteraunts around.

The room is small but enough for two persons. We stay out most of day.

Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good shower. Plenty hot water!

No mirror in bedroom. Radiator not great in room. Small bedroom. Bedroom needed updating in terms of decor. Funky smell in hallway and on stairs.

Very unfriendly stuff who didn't eve offered a map of the city. We had to wring any information from the receptionist as if it wasn't his/her duty. If there was a problem or question they said it is "outside their competence" and refer to the misteriuos manager who nither even appear in the hotel and nor respond to e-mail messages.

the toilet was really small there was a box on the side of wc was so tight to seat

It was clean and they staff friendly and helpful.

The sewerage smell which I hope it will be fixed and it was hot in the room.

Seems to have recently had a bit of a refurb. Good sized room but I was on my own. Might have been a squeeze for 2. Good bathroom with shower - not the most modern but fine. Great TV.

No restaurant that I could find. The street is quite quiet by Paris standard but some noise from late night revellers and the odd dustcart. But hey, if you want silence, don't do city break in the middle of Paris!

Location. It had AC and an elevator

It was shody. The room was so small I had trouble finding space for 2 bags. The AC didn't work when I got there. The metal window shutter was stuck half way closed and did not work. The carpeting was frayed. The breakfast was poor quality.

location is excellent and a particularly nice area. The local bar/coffee shops were really lovely, serving excellent inexpensive food. The hotel is on a very quiet street so able to sleep.

Location was perfect. Personel was very friendly and helpful.

Interior could do with an update.

room was disgusting, carpet was all wet, stinky room. toılet was dirty, there was no phone in the room, internet wasn't working, staff was rude, they didn't even try to help me at all. this is the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed

Nice staff and good value for money for a Paris hotel.

Worst hotel, I have ever been And for 140€, this is unrealistic. I slept with my socks due to a so dirty floor. Bathroom with bad smelt

Les traces d'humidité dans la salle de bains, le plafond et les taches sur le matelas.

Местоположение, чистое пастельное бельё, удобная кровать (двухместная для одного). Можно заказать трансфер до а/п, рано утром это было очень удобно (для одного 26 евро). Location, clean bed linen, comfortable double bed, but for one. You can order the transfer of flight if early (for one person 26 euro).

запахи (в номере, коридоре, лифте, столовой), размер комнаты (не представляю, как там вдвоём проживать). Smell (in a room, cafe, corridor, lift) room size (very small). Завтрак- шведский стол, 8 евро, стандартно, без горячих блюд,со средним кофе и 3 сортами сыра (но запах в столовой- отвратительный!) как альтернатива- можно завтркать в кафе напротив (кафе La Cometa) горячим омлетом с сыром и с зеленью, хлебом и лучшим кофе, примерно за 9-10 евро. Кому что нравится. Buffet, 8 euro standard, no hot meals, with an average of coffee and three kinds of cheese (but the smell in the dining room, disgusting!!) As an alternative, you can zavtrkat in the cafe opposite (Cafe La Cometa) hot scrambled eggs with cheese and herbs and bread and the best coffee in about 9-10 euros. Who likes that.

Номер не соответствовал фотографии при бронировании. Комната крохотульная. Цена для такого номера неопаравданно большая.
