The hotel is well situated for excursions on foot or by Metro, throughout the city of Paris. It is not as expensive as some places, and for just needing a place to sleep, it is a good deal. This is just a comment on the attitude of the night desk clerk. During my visit, the weather was quite warm - in the 30 grad range, and the room was quite warm even with the windows open. The advertisement stated that the rooms had fans. The truth is, they don't. The evening clerk told me they had no fans and if I wanted one, go buy one!! I did, and left it in the room upon checking out, without a thank you or a reduction in the room price. |

Good price (approx 85 euro), good location, friendly staff Small rooms, bathroom needs some repairs, but don't think this will be done. No airco or fan, and Paris can be really hot in summer |

Stuff is wery polite and helpfull. It is very clean. Very good breakfast. We are very happy we choosed Comfort Hotel Opera Drouot because of great location. It is very close almost to anywhere, like 2 minutes to Metro station, 5 minutes to La Fayette shopping center, 15 minutes from Louvre and Rivoli, 20 minutes to Montmartre, 30 minutes to Champs Elysees and 40 minutes to Tour Eiffel by walking. A bit smaller room then we expected. |

The hotel is excellent located, which is very important when you go to visit Paris. The staff is kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Hotel and hope to spend some more nights there when I will be going back to that wonderful city. |

Very central - we could walk everywhere. The fact that it was noisy (street noise) with windows open and no air conditioning, so too warm if they were closed. |

The Duty staff were always friendly and helpful. What was particularly good was that the Single Rate was not too extortionate as is usual nowadays. Just hope I can rememebr how to book it again! Thought the breakfat was quite generous, as usually a "Continental" Breakfast consists of a croissant and coffee. Whewn I check in to a room it is my custome to look under the bed. I have fiund in the past that when packing it is usual to pout the suitcase open on the bed and things can slide offon to the floor and get knocked under. It has happened to me. |

Everything you need when visiting a big city. Medium size room, decent breakfast and nice surroundings. Very close to the metro and nice restaurants. Good service. Nope. You get what you pay for and in this case i'm very satisfied with what we got. |

Just the location. But the staff is nice to help us to call a taxi while we couldn't find one on the street when we leave the hotel. It was bad experience that one of the staff made a mistake when booking airport shuttle for me. It was originally planned to be 8pm. It turned out to be 8am in the morning and therefore I was waken up by their call and we were told to come down to the reception to talk to the driver while we were still sleeping. What a horrible experience?? Finally, we needed to take a taxi. |
