The staff is very friendly. But they need more than great people for a good experience in this hotel. The bathroom was nice, the location good.
I didn't like the noise, the renovation work and the very dirty carpet. We were given an attic room (7th level), tiny and absolutely ugly, and I asked to change it - I paid for the rooms advertised and expected to receive just that. The second room (101) was at the first level and renovated, but in a place where renovation work was still undertaken: the corridor was extremely dirty and very noisy, and we had to call someone to clean the area, as we literally couldn't can get out of the room. Terrible experience for a holiday! The room we stayed in wasn't bad, but the floor was so dirty we couldn't walk barefooted. I asked again to receive a clean room and we've been told the hotel is full. I wouldn't go back and would not recommend this hotel to someone else.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations however the staff were friendly and did everything they could to keep disruption to a minimum
The room was on the small side but freshly refurbed with a lovely bathroom and good shower
The street outside was very noisy all night
Room Location Nespresso Machine
Trying to be sold a Disney ticket for €80... they're €45 online
We liked the friendly staff along with the great location and cleanliness of the rooms along with a great shower.
Not a thing
The room was a little small, but everything brand new ,and comfortable!what I found strange was the lack of a minibar or a proper closet!the reception area is in reconstruction so it looks ugly, but when you go in it is not that bad,and the receptionists very nice!
Staff,excellent location beside metro station
Very small rooms, not same pictures The rooms use for one person max.
The location is convenient
After all the hotels we have visited, this one was probably the worst. We arrived late and the staff was very very unpleasant. The thing is that when you go out at night, you have to knock for someone to open the doors (in a bad mood). We had paid for a superior room but got a tiny one and they said that hotel was fully booked.
LOCATION DECOR OF THE HOTEL ROOM STAFF VALUE GOOD HAIRDRYER IN ROOM NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE IN ROOM VERY CLEAN, MODERN AND NEW HOTEL ROOM FREE WIFI PROXIMITY TO METRO STATION BARS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS VERY CLOSE
LOBBY AREA LOOKS LIKE A BUILDING SITE AT THE MOMENT OCTOBER 2014 VERY BASIC GUEST AMENITIES CONTINUAL NOISE OUTSIDE LOCK ON DOOR 402 NOT GREAT
Clean and comfortable
Door lock requiring assistance
The room is nice, clean and practical.. However small
The breakfast is poor.. No eggs or ham.. The reception area is awful.
cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom. location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
reception area still undergoing work ,so not very attractive. our room was located next to the lift, so were were woken up early by fellow guests
The location was great. They clean the room everyday. The bathroom was very clean, everything seem to be newly renovated.
The staff were not approachable and they hardly speak english.
The rooms were lovely and clean with really hot showers but the rooms could have been a little bigger.
The breakfast options were poor and very expensive for what was served
I had some problems using the wifi!
Was searching for a hotel that is close by to Paris shopping district and found this hotel with a great price for 7 nights at this site. Having stayed in other hotels in Paris before, I have expected the hotel to be small and cramped especially when I arrived and saw the elevator which was old and very small. My room was 201 and located in the far corner of the corridor. The front door was ordinary; I thought I got a room that was not refurbished yet. But when I opened the door I was very surprised. My room was spacious (I can easily park my stroller and still have space to play before bed spacious), nicely decorated, with big windows that faces the front building (somehow this gives me the feeling of living in a Parisian apartment). The coffee machine in the room also helps since I'm travelling with a 19 month old toddler that still needs milk etc. The hotel is also surrounded with everything you need: a bus stop, Grands Boulevards metro station, Carrefour, monop, pharmacy, Halal food, kosher food, chinese, japanese, pastry shop, Hard Rock cafe is literally walking distance. I didn't take the hotel breakfast option. With so many places around I can easily get fresh croissant or pain au chocolat and fresh fruit with much smaller price :) The staff was helpful, friendly, and speaks good English. The internet connection was fast. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back if I have the chance to travel here again.
The small and old elevator. Felt kind of un-safe whenever I'm in it. But since the hotel is in refurbishing, I feel like this will be changed soon? The lobby area has no internet access. When I wanted to printed my flight boarding pass before check out I have to go back to my room to send my boarding pass via e-mail to the reception. Since the area was pretty much alive all night, it gets a little noisy sometimes at night. But me and baby still manages to get good sleep and very well rested.
Ambience. stylish room and very comfortable beds. Good position with good choice of eating
The facilities for storage of clothes etc a bit sparse. For that standard of hotel I was surprised that no hair dryer was provided and plastic cups for shower room were not replaced
Hotel is located 3 minutes from a metro. Very clean. English speaking cnn channel on the tv. Staff was also very nice of offering to hold our luggage so we could explore paris on our checkout day. Staff also fluent in english. The only minor complaint is that the bed was a little hard. Loved the hotel and would go again!
The location was excellent near metro and restaurants. But the staff was not fríendly, didn't treat you as a guest and helped poorly. Room was petit but since París is very expensive price was good for what we had. I recommend it but don't make you a lot of expectaions.
The staff, services, were poorly helping you. No tips or information for turists. They barely spoke. We had to print the boardingpass they had machine broke and they didn't help us to look for a cyber cafe. We went looking in the streets and were in a hurry. Was very annoying.
Good location, near there are metro station, supermarket, a lot of cafes, bars, restaurantes. clean room, comfortable bed. aircondition.
wifi is poor
The room is very confortable, clean and new. The bathroom is modern and so clean...the staff was very receptive and polite...
The size of the room and the bathroom can be big, there are so small but confortable. The front of the hotel is so hide, i had a few difficult to find because the hotel didin´t have your name in the front.
Staff were great and the rooms were brilliant. Coffee machines and tv (even tho not used) were a great addition.
No fridge but they have one downstairs
Good location, a 5 min. walk from metro Grand Boulevards; within a walking distance from Louvre and Monmartre; fair neighborhood, not noisy outside (we had a street view and it was ok), several cafés and creperies nearby to get croissants in the morning; rooms are newly renovated. Our room had everything that was advertised (free wifi in the room, air conditioning, nespresso machine, sound-proofing, rain shower), and it all worked well. Soundproofing was great, we never heard our neighbors or stairs. The room and shower and toilet were clean and nice. I liked that room service was coming in the afternoon after 12, so that they never woke us up :) All in all, I'll definitely stay again at this hotel.
The room was rather small (but not tiny), but it's usual for Paris.
The location was great. the staffs were really friendly and helpful. the bedroom and the washroom were super clean. we had a great time there.
The new room renovated - looks quite fancy and it is clean, size is appropriate not too small or too big. The location is amazing, walking distance if you want from the main attractions
They are still working to finish some rooms, you may get a bit of noise during the day, but if you are in Paris to visit, you won't even feel it :)
