Comfort Hotel Gare De L'Est - Paris  

Easy to reach the main attractions on foot. Plenty of food and drink outlets within 10 minutes walk.

The adjacent streets were a bit 'seedy' at night with beggars and prostitutes prevalent.

just that it had indian restaurnats nearby.

services provided are pathetic and hotel is quite old with very poor maintenace.

I liked the availability of a nonsmoking room. The bed was very comfortable and the desk staff very personable. It was a nice basic no frills room for the price.

Some updating/maintenance is needed as peeling paint and poor caulking were observed in the bathroom and bedroom. While there was breakfast served in the lobby, it was a bit overpriced compared to what was available in the local cafes.

Excellent location,nearby the metro station and lots of restaurant friendly staff.

The room is small but it is enough to live. The room which I leave is beside a staris so that it is very noisy in the morning.

Location was fabulous, walking distance to most things but also very close to the metros and Gare du Nord

Only that there was no internet to use if you didnt have a computer with you. The pay for internet computer was broken....

Though not in the pleasantist spot in Paris, the hotel is very coveniently located, close to a Métro station (Chateau d'Eau) on Line 4, the main North - South line. The hotel is unterestingly designed, in Art Deco style, & the common parts have attractive decorations. The desk staff are friendly & helpful; & the room service efficient.

We've stayed at this hotel before & had reasonable rooms on upper floors. But on this occasion we were in a ground floor room, which not only was very small & cramped, but had hardly any natural light. Also, the bathroom washbasin tap was very hard to regulate; & there was no English language channel on the TV (though there were German, Spanish & Portguese channels).

hotel had full services and multi-lingual staff. friendly and understanding.

Bra läge på en lugn gata. När till Metron. Promenadavstånd till Gare Nord och bra områden med restauranger. Rent.

Slitet, skulle behöva en renovering av möbler och lokaler.

距離地鐵站chateaux d'eau僅三分鐘步行，東站(Gare de l'est )亦只有地鐵一站的距離，若要利用東站乘火車非常方便。櫃檯人員會應你的要求回答問題，解釋也清楚。

房間狹小陳舊，房門的鎖似乎不牢靠，安全性堪慮。

Das Bett war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht wirklich weit öffnen, weil das Bett im Weg war. Das Bad war sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten uns vor Buchung telefonisch informiert, ob es rollstuhlgerechte Zimmer gibt. Das wurde uns versichert. Das Zimmer war zwar mit dem Rollstuhl zu erreichen, im Zimmer war ein Bewegen im Rollstuhl jedoch unmöglich. Mit dem Rollstuhl ins Bad zu gelangen war komplett unmöglich. Und im Bad gab es dann eine (für Rollstuhlfahrer völlig nutzlose) Badewanneund keine Dusche. Für Menschen ohne Rollstuhl ist das Hotel sicherlich akzeptabel, für permanent auf den Rollstuhl angewiesene Personen jedoch ungeeignet (zumindest in unserem Zimmer mit der Nummer 1).
