Really good location, very close to the Place de Clichy metro stop (The Champs Elysees is less than a 20 minute ride away). The hotel is on the edge of the lovely Montmartre district - the Moulin Rouge is about a 5-10 minute walk. Loads of places to eat nearby and a good little supermarket just across the road on Boulevard de Batignolles is convenient to grab snacks. The staff were very pleasant and had good English. The room was small but comfortable for the price. The hotel is on a little side street so it was fairly quiet at night. Would stay again. I never did get around to having breakfast in the hotel - but I did have the huge Coquelicot brunch in the cosy Coquelicot Bakery and Restaurant (24 Rue De Abbesses) which is a 15 min walk from the hotel. It will leave you turbo charged for the rest of the day!
The wifi was very poor - kept having to reconnect every couple of minutes so quite frustrating to use.
Nothing positive in this Hotel
This is the worst hotel I have ever experience in my life. Worst wifi, worst room, room was not clean.
I asked about high floor and city view, and reception gave to me very nice room on the high floor. Room was very clean and comfortable. If you don't speak french, reception staff sometimes can not understand you clearly, but they are very nice and always try to understand and ready to help (especially evening/night shift). Wifi connection was very good.
There's no small fridge in the room.
Location was great
not clean. bad and worthless breakfast.
Street noise at night
Clean comfortable room Great location foe cafes and metro Walking distance to many sights Friendly staff
Rooms a bit small
People were very friendly at check in. Location is wonderful aswell. The tube is just around the corner, there are many different restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Supermarket just in front of the hotel. So many possibilities to eat and drink just near the hotel.
I understand that in a city like Paris the rooms are small and the prices are high. The bathroom was really terrible. The shower curtain was very unhygienic and was way too tall to hang in our shower. During the shower you step on the curtain all the time. The shower is so small that you can not move during cause you will hit the water tap with your back so the water will go off. I am a small asian so it's not more than inconvenient but for bigger people it is really uncomfortable.
very little breakfast, a little variety for the price
Great location, cute small rooms. Room cleaning every day.
Wi-fi was not realy working and receptionist could not help
Location. Clean. Cooperative staff. Good value for money.
"Claustrophobic" lift, stairs and corridors.
Location, size of room, storage facilities in room, quietness, staff, cleanliness. The room was larger than most Paris hotel rooms and nicely laid out. There was a good desk, chair and ottoman that rolled so you could sit where you wanted. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
Size of bathroom, especially shower with overly large shower curtain that kept getting caught in the water flow. The small area made it hard to avoid bumping the water control and turning it off without wanting to. Internet was sometimes on and off.
Located in a pleasant neighborhood with lots of restaurants,a very quiet street, very close to the metro and buses. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are equipped with cooking facilities for coffee and tea. The hotel is very clean, the staff very kindly. In the variety of available hotels in Paris, this is a very good choice!
The sound isolation between room and bathroom is weak. The beds are maybe too short for tall people.
Bas 54 from train station Garde Nord, get off at the 9th bus stop. Though hotel is in city centre, however hotel not noticeable from the main road of Place de Chilchy. Road to the hotel, look for landmark Japanese restaurant n a bistro restaurant. walking distance to Moulin Rouge. 10 mins walk to La fayettes Galeries shopping centres. My thanks to the frontdesk staff and chambermaids who made my stay a pleasant stay. though travelling alone and first time in Paris I felt safe and at ease.
Would be helpful to the Muslims if rooms shows Kiblat direction.
Friendly staff, very good location.
We loved the easy accessibility to the Metro and being able to walk to Sacre Coeur.
Location, very close to Metro and Place de Clichy has a lot to do as well.
Showers were a bit small but we managed just fine.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is situated very close to the metro, and we discovered a fabulous bakery just around the corner. Although they stated on the website they didn't have room for an extra bed, there was a pack and play set up in our room when we arrived for our infant child.
The elevator is quite small, and the breakfast seems overpriced considering what you get. These are certainly not deal breakers, as the hotel only has five floors (we were on the top floor and it still wasn't bad) and as I stated there is an amazing bakery (or twelve) nearby.
-Close to metro station Place de Clichy - In general personnel is smiling and helpful except some of them - Good lighting in the room
- Small rooms with high price - Noisy during morning from street - Need to leave key each time you leave hotel - No clock in the room - No minibar in the room -Unconfortable plastic chairs for table - wifi is not reliable
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms - although small were very clean and comfortable.
There was a mix up with the bill in the first instance and we had to ask 3 times as to whether we had paid for the breakfast before this was confirmed.
