My Hotel In France Montmartre  

Staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel was clean and comfortable all in all we all had a great time there

The night time receptionist he was very rude

We like everything.

I wasnt offered the free welcome drink. Also I never got offered the freee lunch package.

I didnt like the service provided. The toilet was unclean, short of tissue paper, shampoo was added with water...etc

Tiny room which smelt, heater on wall under window couldn't close curtains or would set them alight or had to turn heater off, shower very hot or cold, wood floors so could hear footsteps above and on stairs very loud, no view was like being in a cupboard

Dirty floor and spotted bedspread. No wardrobe, only rack. Claustrophobic small room you just want to leave and forget.

Friendly staff, great location, always fresh wares at breakfast, cleanlyness.

Tiny, and little-bit cold bathroom, hangers in the room (they keep falling down with your clothes on them)

Great location! 3 metrostations in 5 mins walk, a lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Tiny room, the door hits the bed, worn out furnishing, very basic and uncomfortable. The wi-fi is weak at the room, the breakfast is poor. I've been in better hostels. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends and wouldn't come again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The breakfast room was quirky and we liked it and also liked the character of the spiral staircase. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

We didn't like the fact that our double room was in fact two single beds pushed together, very annoying when they always slide apart. I also felt the blankets and top covers on the beds were a bit old and stained. Our shower did not fit in the top holder at a good angle so I had to hold it. There could've been a bit more variety at breakfast. Also I saw on the webpage that I could ask for a hair dryer at reception so didn't take mine but there was only one and somebody else had it on the first evening I wanted it - so they could do with a couple more!!!

I liked the staff where very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect only 5 minutes walk from the metro. There are lots of bars and restaurants all around you.

I did not like the rooms are far to small. The bathrooms are so small you need to reverse in or out of them. The breakfast is almost nil, just bread and tea or coffee, not enough for 2 older kids who like a good breakfast to start them off in the morning.

Location excellent, easy access to metro, Gare du Nord, Sacre Cour. Reception staff good, friendly, helpful. Wifi worked well throughout. Room average size for Paris.

Tiles missing from shower wall, causing water to leak into room, smelled damp. No soap provided in room. Sheets not changed once during 3 night stay

There are no lift, so for someone it can be problem

No wardrobe and shelf, only hall-stand in the room. Extremely small bathroom ~3m x 1m. It's difficult to sit on the throne - forehead is based to the wall

Location (Montmartre, close to the metro), very good breakfast (but only sweet). Lunchbox (sandwich, water, apples), kettle in room (with coffe and tea).
