Great location, English speaking staff How do I explain?? All started out well, but soon we realised this hotel has no idea about customer service and is very unprofessional. Aside from the cleaning lady that barged into my room one evening so she could have a conversation with someone down in the street through my bathroom window for 5 minutes, then left leaving me no apology? The worst thing that happened was when we arrived back at the hotel one morning around 2am, exhausted, only to discover the night staff couldn't find our key. After he searched for our key for about 30mins, and still couldn't find it, we walked up to our room and knocked on the door, only to wake up a poor woman who had being given our room?? So where were all our belongings we had left scattered far and wide in the morning?? And why was this woman in our room, the nightman could not answer any of these questions, and somehow could not get in contact with the owner of the hotel. We had to call the police, and eventually it was discovered that during the day the hotel staff had moved all our belongings to another room (this disturbs me that someone went through all our personal belongings.....where are our rights as a guest in this hotel??) and then never informed the evening staff at the hotel they had done this. The reason why they did this was because they had overbooked the hotel that evening, the problem was we were originally in a twin room, as we were two friends needing two single beds, and the room they moved us to had 1 single bed????? Words cannot describe the level of unprofessionalism here, this would not even happen in a budget hotel in a 3rd world country, which goes to show how far behind the rest of the world Paris is when it comes to customer service......it seems as hotel patrons you have no rights in this hotel. |

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is situated in Monmarter, centre of arts. There were many picturesque cafés and pubs near by hotel, we were closed to metro station and it took us 15 minutes to get downtown. |

It is handy to take subway from the hotel. The room is very small. But clean. They provide breakfast and lunch although the food is very simple. The staff is very nice. |

Staff were friendly Hotel cancelled booking without notification. Arrived shortly before midnight to find this out. Hotel then proceeded to charge me 33% more than agreed daily rate for room for that evening, after which I had to make alternate arrangements. It is unlikely I would consider using this hotel again. |

Excellent location, friendly stuff, great price, will definitely be back. They also give you little lunchboxes -water, piece of fruit, sandwich - to take with you for the day -great! Light breakfast also included. I think this offer is valid april to september. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to all of the best bits of Paris. The free packed lunch is an excellent idea, and well worth getting. |

I loved that we got huge croissants and a hot drink every morning for breakfast, plus a hearty snack bag each day. It was also wonderful to have internet access, though it was a little difficult to figure out how to log in. The lounge downstairs was nice, too, with a big TV and comfy couches. Our shower head had a leak in it, so water sprayed out the side of it. Also, the shallowness of the shower area made it almost impossible to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor. The handle on the bathroom door kept falling off as well. The walls are very thin and we could hear full conversations of our neighbors. |

We received one free breakfast - and one packed lunch which was lovely and very handy while sitting in the park in the sunshine. The shower door would not open fully and so you needed to squesze into the cubicle - had we been of a larger frame there is no way we would have been able to get in the shower |

The hotel is in a fantastic location only a stones throw away from the delightful Sacre Coeur. The staff were friendly and helpful when called upon. We booked 3 nights at the hotel with the request of having a double room with a view. However, when we arrived our room was fit for a mouse but not for two humans! The room also has shoddy bed sheets and the view was of a wall - not great! Luckily the staff were very helpful and changed our room. We got a room overlooking the busy hustle street but this is typical Paris! |

Very nice position in Montmatre. Nice to be offered compimentary breakfast. For 88 Euros and 1 star (with a four flight staircase and no lift) it was not really value for money. Looked quite boutique on the website, but in truth was really a Comfort Inn hotel rebranded. Reception forgot to order our taxi so we were late for our business dinner. |

The location was fantastic. There were plenty of good restaurants and metro stations nearby. V close to Sacre Coeur but still not too touristy. The bed was broken and resting on a box instead of a leg in one corner. The bathrooms need to be renovated as the rooms now look lovely and the bathroom looks awful by comparison. |

The location was great near restaurants/bars and a metro (Abbesses). On the last day we got a croisant and coffee for breakfast and a to-go lunch (sandwich, water, apple). Very clean with good towels. Great for families if the kids are old enough to stay in a separate room. Pack light, no lift/elevator or room in the rooms for more than one sutcase. Paris is very informal (everyone was in jeans and flat shoes) so no need to over pack. I asked about breakfast but was told it was not inluded, then the second morning it was included. Not sure if it was or not. Staff English is mixed, but they try hard. |

The Hotel du Moulin is situated on a quiet street between the Basilica of the Sacré Cœur and the Moulin Rouge in the famous district of Montmartre. |
Ideally located at the entrance of the flea market (the largest antique dealer market), 5 min away from the Sacré-Coeur, not far from the City of Sciences and from the main tourist sights and business... |
The hotel is located on the edge of the attractive village Roissy en France. Set in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens, it provides additional comfort and quietness during your stay. |
This hotel is located a few metres from the train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The Montmartre village and the Sacré-Coeur Basilica is a 15-minute walk away. |
