The personel very helpful, adv is the lunch box that everyone gets every day, great location, I fully recommend!
They were remodeling the hotel. A lot of noise and dust.
Have stayed there before and was happy due to location. Atleast they have installed a escalator.
The entrance was a construction site and they did not tell us that they are renovating.
the free Wi-fi the very friendly and helpful staff the clean rooms the view
the lay out of the room, no vanity mirror and no hook to hang the shower head on. The sloping roof made it difficult for my husband to move around without banging his head. The hotel was also having noisey building work carried out so afternoon napping was difficult.
Location and friendly staff.
This hotel is undergoing massive renovation and I'm not sure that it is fit to be open at this time. It will, I am sure, be very good when all the work is complete but at present it is like a building site, messy and very noisy. Also, the breakfast room which is in a damp cellar is not fit for purpose, tiny, and not sufficient in size to cope with the guests. The bedroom was tiny with an even smaller en-suite, not really an issue for us but for people who need a little more space it would be problematic. Oh, one last moan... air conditioning please!!! The room was like a sauna.
It is being remodeled. Has construction workers everywhere. Is dirty (for this reason) and it is very noisy. They should notify that before you arrive.
location was excellent, close to where we wanted to be, the staff where helpful with any questions we had. we were on the third floor, carrying our small bags weren't a problem , however others may find it difficult.
The hotel is in a really good location with good metro and bus routes. The surrounding area is great for deli's, restaurants and shops
Breakfast was poor and wifi very hit and miss. Once hotel is renovated will be much nicer
room views of montmarte helpful staff
Location and wifi speed
Breakfast was bread, butter, jam and juice, rooms were tiny, WC even tinier, whole hotel was under construction, we had to use the stairs to get to our 6th floor room, they didn't refill shampoos, the glasses for water were plastic and I think I don't remember all!
Elevator not in use and the 6 flight of stairs was difficult. Also hotel under construction
Excellent localization ! We had a room on the second floor , but for others a lift should be necessary. Breakfasts enough.
Small room. Limited access to the internet for one device is in my opinion a significant disadvantage.
Good location and great view from our room on the 6th floor. Good breakfast to start the day!
Hotel has no lift so it is not good for handicap or elderly people
It was very well located. The street is very lively, full of cafes, brasseries and shops.
The wall are thin and you can hear everything. There were some noisy guests coming back late in the night. It is not very annoying, because it was for a very short period of time.
Location and welcome
Disgracefully misleading website; totally inadequate breakfast menu; booking.com's failure to respond adequately to our complaint. [We would be prepared to give this hotel another chance during a visit to Paris later this year if the terms are right.]
The hotel was in an excellent location close to 3 metro stations. One road up from the moulin rouge and so close to the beautiful Sacre Coeur.
Wifi in my room (on second floor) was very unstable and I often had to go down a floor to sit on the stairs to get access.
Extra small room and toilet. No lift and very steep stairs.
Very good location, friendly people and for Paris a good deal.
We stayed in one of the biggest rooms in the hotel, but it must have had the smallest bathroom. If you're 6 foot tall I doubt you could use the toilet. There was also construction work starting at 8am Mon-Sat, so a sleep-in was out of the question.
Location, friendly staff, room with a street view, security
Both the bedroom and shower room are very very small. Construction work on the building commences at 7 in the morning. Breakfast not good.
Great location. Close to the sights in Montmatre and to the Metro. Rooms are small and I mean small ! but how much time do you spend in the hotel ? We liked it !
Excellent situation in lovely area with lots of restaurants. Second time we were there, and will choose it again. Small rooms and bathrooms no problem. Quiet nights.
As there is no elevator, this could be a problem, though we didn't mind.
Perfect location. Very nice, friendly and informative staff. Tiny rooms, but good beds. TINY bathroom, but again, what can you expect? Great value for money.
The bathroom seemed relatively new, but it was falling apart. The fixtures in the shower were lose, the fixture for the toiletpaper had already fallen off, so it seemed they'd chosen some bad carpenters for the renovation. When the neighbor showered, the hot water was a... luxury. But hey, give it 5 minutes, and you get the water to yourself again. :)
nothing particularly; OK
steep stairs to fourth floor. Future travelers with limited mobility should check whether by then the promised lift has been installed. Expensive for what it offered
